Watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade and saw this band from Western Carolina University. Pretty good performance. Not a bad way to start your day.

I thought that was Stat's kid's band. Marching bands are my favorite in the parade, especially with that drum beat and the big blast of the horns.

So glad I get along with the in-laws. It's my flesh and blood sister I have issues with. Better get some good bourbon ready...

No bourbon. To make matters worse, she proclaims herself Baptist (but never goes to church) which means she doesn't drink and doesn't want others to drink either. But, I was successfully able to negotiate mixed drinks as long as no one sees the alcohol. This year, it is crown and coke. My pocket flask is full.

First for us as DDs boyfriend has leave and is home for today so they are splitting time between the two families - dang they grow up too fast.

Yay first post of the day!!! Good Morning, I'm about to head into work like some of my fellow dads, Black Friday has been historically the slowest and most boring day of the year at work. I'll finish entering in inventory and new this year is entering invoices on the computer so maybe that'll be fun lol. Hope everyone's doing well. 47 days till DL trip!
