Family still sleeping. After two cups of coffee on the balcony, I did my morning stretches here. A nice picture to start the day - of the scenery, not me stretching.

I forgot to tell you, after our walk around DTD, we sat in the rocking chairs at SSR and just took it all in. Awesome suggestion!

A few days early but I also cannot wait for the season to start, Titans are also a train wreck, Go Preds! They got some offensive help in the off season. We need to meet up and have some beers and go to a game, Blackhawks game would be an awesome choice.

They are directly behind our section overlooking the water, from DTD I believe it was before you got to the pool.

Weird. Especially since they just closed Backlot. Backlot tour may not have been that great, but it took a lot of people out of the streets for 45 minutes or so. Closing that means those people are going to be looking for something else to do, now with no stand by at TSM, I'm guessing longer lines will be forming at the other attractions.

Not a fan of this at all. We are way beyond planning our park touring down to the minute and, to me, all this and the entire FP+ system does is to cause overly planned trips.

It is just for this week. According to multiple sites they are testing capacity of the current TSM being only FP+ as most beleive that the Soundstage 1 closing / construction is to add a third TSM track. According to reports they are looking at separate FP+ and standby entrances as part of the remodel.

I saw that too. I hope this isn't a trial permanent thing. A CM told me that with the next phase of MB being tested, Disney will be able to see the customer's picture, DVC status, AP holder, etc. I wonder if this is a way or plan to help move people around the park.

So close yet so far. Arrived in Orlando a bit ago. Long drive so I will be relaxing the rest of today. Checking into SSR tomorrow but for tonight I am at the Holiday Inn just across the street from the Lake Buena Vista resorts.



The view is supposed to be a pool view and I guess you can see it if you are on your tiptoes. Not bad for $91 plus tax though.

The bar doesn't open until 11:00 and this was right after breakfast. Temps dropped a bit overnight, it was cool outside and a beautiful day. Mark, there were plenty of birds out, just not the Audio-Animatronic ones.

Wouldn't want to lie to you Barry, the bar is less than 20 paces from my room. It wasn't all that difficult to get a picture.

Sad I missed both that and Back Lot Tour by a couple of days. Not overly upset they are going away but would have liked to have said goodbye. Glad you were able to ride it one last time.
