Went home for lunch and wrote checks for school DC trip, swim gear, and whatever else DW left in the pile. Vehicle taxes due this month. I might need to take the rest of the day off.

He didn't start until December in his first year in Denver and and until week 6 in his second year. There was plenty of hype in both New York and in New England when he signed there.

Thanks. That was what I told her as well. I had her playing striker (in a one forward system) or center mid. She has been playing the wing the last few games, and I don't think she has the speed or endurance for it. I guess it's an adjustment for me as well.

Played tennis tonight. It was only 70 degrees' and I was completely exhausted. I think my body is ejecting all this exercise and I need a beer to compensate.

Sounds like Missouri. No one gave them the memo they never left the Union. Another interesting Civil War fact, Every Confederate State but South Carolina provided at least a regiment to the Union.

I am having trouble sleeping, I leave for the Universal trip in less then 36 hrs so that's prob some of the issue. Everything's all set for the ToT 10 miler trip and starting to fine tune, hotel and ticket options for the DL Star Wars 1/2 trip. I will be taking a trip break after this lol. A friend wants to take a London 2016 trip so that may be the next trip after all this.

Any of the other dads running the ToT 10 miler, send me a message, I know we are doing a few meet ups throughout the 4th, but wouldn't mind doing a meetup at the race as well. I will be in corral G

Tuesday Morning Ownage!

Good Morning Men,

Way behind at this point. Have had internet problems in the office. Still not sure what the issue is after a week, but it keeps coming and going. Thought I would say hello and see how things are while the connection is working. 15 days till Disney 2.0. Prayers to those in need, Congrats where deserved and well wishes to all. I am going to try to go back and see all the profound knowledge I missed. Golf tomorrow so this will be the 4th 4 day week in a row.

it tells you that a lot of betters don't watch the games. The Pats are still a name and the Vikings haven't done much since the New Orleans Bounty Hunters cheated their way to the Super Bowl. The guys that set the line just want even money on both sides. I work in the industry. That 2% house advantage is why the Bellagio has marble floors in the bathrooms.

We got those too. That is nothing to laugh about.

You can thank management for sitting Peterson. Helped me secure the victory. Our offense is certainly in need of help, but yours is all about that running attack to open up the offense.

That looks like a good idea. With DD turning 12 soon, it's about time to start making sure those kids are in line.

Good sentiment, but just don’t let your girl wear one of those tank-tops. The guys would be so busy staring at the letters that they’d never bother attempting to actually read them.

Then gravity and momentum would simply drag his face along the edge of each of those clapboards.
Kind’a like something out of a LoonyToons short, the sound effects would be reminiscent of the noise made by a playing card rattling through the spokes of a bicycle tire.

From the looks of it though, the real problem is that it’s still not tall enough so I suspect that a couple more cinder blocks may ultimately have been added to this one (and that’s the picture we didn’t get to see).

Been looking at the FB links about Frozen replacing the Maelstrom. I will be disappointed to see the Maelstrom go, but I'm sure Disney will replace it with something just as fun.

Not liking the idea. We enjoyed Maelstrom and I am partial to the WS stuff being more themed to culture and the countries, but I guess the writing was on the wall.

I'll be at the Titans game also, don't feel bad I haven't been able to keep current for awhile lol.

Good morning all. It is 53 degrees here this AM. Who forgot to turn on the global warming? I am not ready for colder weather yet.

Have fun at the game as well. I really haven't thought about the countdown, but yes, it is almost Disney time.

It's been in the 40's here in the morning. I actually like the cool/colder weather in the morning and night and 70 degree days. Not looking forward to winter though. I think I'll burn some more fossil fuels and see if I can get the temp up a little. g

Afternoon, men. Just checking back in before going back through yesterday's posts.

It's been cool and damp in the Burgh.

Last night we celebrated my DD Ashley's Bday. She turned 10.

Happy 10th Birthday to Ashley (I know it's late. I blame it on Al Gore and and the Internet).

Peanut butter Beverly. Booked one of my entitled Saturdays off to go with family to a fall fair they went on about, cool. However with the cool and rain this morning they hemmed and hawed about till around 2 when they decided to postpone till tomorrow. Nice to leave me hanging like that. We have other commitments though and by the time we are done them, we would have to drive an hour to get maybe two hours out if it, then an hour to drive home. So I declined to go, now apparently I'm the bad guy, despite having wasted half my day off waiting for them to make up their minds. Aurgh.

My suggesting of going later in the afternoon was apparently shot down despite it not raining and even some sun came out.

Ok, so I ask the question. Who did you think the bad guy was going to be? It's part of being a dad and husband. It's ALWAYS your fault!
