Company/ schompany tickets. They are still great tickets. The only thing better would be if giveaway was a Colts cheerleader wearing chaps. All your 6 children are great. I hope I didn't intrude on dinner time or stay too long.

We usually walk thru one of our nearby parks with all the decorations.

Not at all. The kids wanted to put down on the calendar when you would be bringing your DD's, lol. They love meeting people.

Next time I'll try to get you to where they sign autographs before games :thumbsup2

Top O the Morning Dads! Trust all had a nice Holiday break. I much prefer the past 5 days of Holiday time with the family and not having to deal with the day job. Oh well, got to put the kids through school and enjoy Disney some way

Today was a wonderful day. A DisDad meet with my nemesis at Lucas Oil Stadium. I'm the good looking one with the beard. :lmao:
While the day started rough with the 2 hour traffic delay, it was definitely worth it. While RG3 was out, we did get to see the Colts obliterate that team from Wahington. I had some pretzels and beer. David even invited me back to his house to meet the family - six wonderful children and his saintly DW to put up with him. They even gave me some bottles of water, coffee, and some cookies to go. Thank you so much David for a great day.

Glad you made it home safety. One small correction, the company I work for has the best seats ever. No season tickets in my budget, lol.

I'm glad you could stop by and meet the kids. They thought it was pretty awesome someone drove from another state just to meet them :).
Well done guys and sounds like a great day :thumbsup2

Morning guys. Happy December!! I'm taking the kids tonight to see some decorations in the area. The neighbors behind us were putting theirs up last night and my kids just starred out the window for like an hour.
That is so awesome, love hearing about all the first time experiences :santa:

Good Morning Guys,

Hope all are well and everyone had a great holiday weekend. Got both trees up. Still too much snow to decorate outside. Hopefully today will be in the 50's and we can get it melted and clear the leaves this week.

Basketball season officially opens this week. Looking forward to getting things rolling. DS had a hard time sleeping due to being nervous about high school try outs starting tonight. Wish him luck! Have a good week. December is here and we are only 3/5 short months from spring.:goodvibes

Good luck to DS with the tryouts today - keep us posted.

Four hours gone and network still down. Since all the phones are connected, I'm able to watch ITs plan of attack. They seem to be constantly restarting the network on a 1 minute loop. Remember - moving at the speed of government.

Well done guys and sounds like a great day :thumbsup2

.

We could have opened that bottle of bourbon and had a better day and the children could have had their first experience of watching a drunken KY hillbilly. Fortunately, there will be many more of those opportunities. :lmao:

There's always basketball season.:lmao::lmao:
:

Until CJ realizes his Florida team has to lose to UK in basketball season. :stir: :lmao:

Good luck to yours with tryouts.

‘Morning all…
And that goes for all the days I missed ‘round here since before Thanksgiving.
I’ve obviously missed much.

Watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade and saw this band from Western Carolina University. Pretty good performance. Not a bad way to start your day.
I thought that was Stat's kid's band. Marching bands are my favorite in the parade, especially with that drum beat and the big blast of the horns.

Yep… That was them.
From the pictures and FB posts it seems they had a blast. Haven’t been able to quiz him on the subject in detail yet but they’ll break for the holidays after next week so we give him the third degree once he gets home.

Can we stop talking about Tim's Playgirl spread??? LOL

Like I said…
I missed much.

Probably shouldn’t have gone back to catch that one. :lmao:

Great meet up there. Sounds like one fine day all around.

Hey guys. Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving, and that it was warmer than Tim's.

I'd say welcome back, but none of us is happy to go back to work, so why pretend?

David, those look like amazing seats for the Colts. Norm definitely had it made there. Can I reserve the date on the calendar in 4 years when the Eagles come back? :rotfl2:

This morning was one of those "I just got back from vacation, so I'm going to coast through lunch, then get down to some actual work this afternoon" type of days.
Then I had a bunch of leftover turkey, mashed potatoes and stuffing for lunch, and now I'm sitting at my desk teetering on the brink of another food coma. So much for this afternoon's productivity.

Hey Jim-
It looked like Tom Brady had a lot of fun at Lambeau Field on Sunday. He even yelled it near the end of the game. FUN!

(FYI - I'm a very bad lip reader)

"Disney Magic is dead in the water on our way to Cozumel. Huge puff of black smoke seen from the front of the ship followed by power failure."

Can only imagine what the next podcast will say. Going to be interesting.

Scary stuff

Absolutely, I have you penciled in. Shall I reserve a room for you in our Warsaw suite, lol

Hey Philip. Be careful, you never know who will show up. :wave2:

Lol, I think only a handful of the dads know my home address so should be pretty good there, but I'm going to keep your advice close at hand. But I also don't mind being hospitable to fellow dads if they happen to be in the area.

I don't have any ticket connections. While I lived in Louisville, I knew a guy who got tickets from his dad for basketball games. They were about 10 rows off the floor under the basket. Last I heard, the dad died and the guy I know couldn't afford to maintain the season tickets. :thumbsup2

Norm, you know all the good bourbon and artery clogging spots in your area so you don't need ticket connections lol. As always feel free to let me know if and when your going to be in town.

I don't even know you're address.

Yes, Owensboro isn't much of a visit. I met up with Tony and Shawn here, but it was when they were driving thru town for work. There isn't anything worth driving here for. But, if you manage to stop by, Moonlite BBQ will get you gluttony on. Then, there is the bourbon bar as well.

Saw that on FB. I didn't hear it on any of the news channels. I wonder if ABC will report it? :lmao:

That sounds like one of my usual work days.

Your always welcome in the Nashville/Hendersonville area Norm!

A few other dads know my address from underground Disney pin dealings.... Doah!!!! I've said to much!!!!

Evening everyone...nice quiet weekend around here. Was off so kept it low key, watched a couple of movies, spent time with Mom, and the girls got to visit Santa. :thumbsup2

Just in time for Christmas, car is in the shop. During last week's windstorm, wind caught Audrey's door when she opened it, forcing it open farther then it was meant to, breaking the springs/hinges. :headache: Good thing insurance covers the majority of it. :sad2:

Watch a Leafs game? I don't think I have ever intentionally watched the Leafs unless they were playing the Habs.

I guessing they won. But hey, even an old dog gets lucky every now and then.
Missed Leafs but did catch the Habs in OT/Shootout. Was wondering if it was going to get to the point of the backup goalies getting a chance to score.

You'll notice it seems to double back on itself a lot. :rotfl2:

Circling the downtown core for momentum.

Morning guys
Good Morning everyone ownage!!

I have to gripe for a moment, the only Black Friday shopping I did was I bought my mechanics Christmas gift cards that I give out every year on Target.com because it was 10% off gift cards. I ended up saving $30 which was awesome but it's been twice now that the shipment has been delayed, I need them the week before Christmas which still should happen but still.... How hard it is to program 15 gift cards? And I do know my 15 was not the only order that day lol but still going to gripe!! Haha

Anyways, thanks for reading my gripe or skipping past, hope everyone has a wonderful day!
