Looks like I missed quite a bit since I've last been around. Certainly a couple of blasts from the past. Welcome back, gentlemen!

I was down and out yesterday with a nasty little bug that DS brought home from daycare. And right in the middle of that, I get a text from DW saying the wind caught her car door as she was opening it and it scratched the car next to her in the parking lot. The woman that owned the other car went bat crap crazy and insisted that DW turn over her insurance information. Nevermind this was one of a few dozen scratches and dents in the car already, but whatever. Spoke to my insurance today and we are not on the hook for anything. The deductible only applies if our car requires service. DW did take a picture to make sure that our insurance only pays for that one scratch. I have a feeling she was hoping to get a new fender out of the deal.

Good no one was hurt, bad that you were forced to deal with other people.
“People” can be one monstrous PITA

DW is being sued by some idiot. DW did hit her car 3 years ago while they were both stopped in the left turning lane. There was no damage to either vehicle, yet she sued over physical impairments from the injuries. That lady also has posted pictures of herself running on FB. Gotta be the lawyers.

I’d be saving those pictures and links to the posts just for good measure,

I do far more reading than posting over there, but we also don’t get down to WDW near as often as most of your regulars so I don’t have as much to add to conversation.

Feeling a little better thanks. Can't get the lung hacking over with but other than that things are OK.

Wow did you see all that snow they are getting in Buffalo NY
From what I'm understanding from the news it is called Lake Snow, weird thing is the major part of the storm is only about 10miles wideg, I guess Elsa must be visiting

I hope it stops soon and they can get everything up and running again, From what they were saying on the news some spots have between 2-6feet and more is on the way

It's a Lake Effect snow band. It's because the lake is open water right now and not frozen over yet. Happens early in the season. Until the lake freezes over, any kind of system that sets up with a westerly wind grabs that moisture and dumps it on the first bit of land it can find.

My DW's Uncle lives in Dunkirk, NY and is right in the heart of this crap. 6 foot and more to come.

They will have their total winter snow fall total in this week alone and winter hasn't even started.
