Well, they do let Norm up there so I'm not sure it's a Riff-Raff exclusion.

That's what is great about the DVC resale market. The riff-raff can get in.

I'm sorry, that's not the answer I was looking for.

From everything I've read you have to show your DVC card to get in. Time to make friends with your BLT neighbors and have them bring you up.

Does it have to be a BLT owner or just any DVC owner? Could I borrow a friends card and just show it to them or do they somehow verify my identity?

I think it was a blood draw/ DNA analysis.

Chris, I don't remember even showing my DVC member card. If I did, I don't remember showing any additional verification. I guess they could always scan the MB, not that I saw any scanners, nor have any idea how it would read.

I just walk up and show my card and they let me up... I'm usually 3 sheets to the wind too, so they're not very picky....

Hit AAA today to pick up a tour book for Boston. Need to figure out what I want to do when I am up there. I would be open to suggestions but am afraid Jim will direct me to the places that are guaranteed to get me killed.

Well gentlemen, my 3 day weekend if off and running, getting last min laundry and stuff around the house, going to get some sleep in a few hrs for the morning drive. DD is super excited, she even wanted to help me pack, she was bummed when I told her I just have 1 change of clothes and my swimsuit.

Just Boston. Fly in the 29th and out the morning of the 1st. Planing on playing tourist and will be going to Fenway on the 30th. Friend of mine is getting married in Western Pennsylvania so decided to fly up a couple of days early. The only previous visit to Boston was three hours once to facilitate a seminar. Flew back out right after.

Some fool took out one of the electric poles in our neighborhood yesterday. It was well into the very AM before the utility could straighten the mess out. It’s been a while since I tried to sleep in a house that more resembled a smelter then a domicile; didn’t go too well. I might have to call it quits early today and start drinking heavily to speed the recovery. Might just have to pack up and head out to the coast for a week of RnR while I’m at it. Odd… I think that was my plan for today in the first place.
