Escaped with a 1-1-1 record. Why do I not feel as excited about that as everybody else?

Considering they were not supposed to get out it'd the group, I'd say this was a good result. I wish they had beat Portugal and drawn with Germany but they moved on and now anything is possible.

I was really pulling for someone on USA to get a walk off grand slam during the 4 minutes of overtime.

I actually watched the game today. And I was extremely disappointed, because the main reason I was watching was because I wanted to see if the announcer would yell GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAALL!! when USA scored, but it never happened.

It just made me miss hockey. I think if Doc Emerick was calling the game I'd enjoy it more.

I know it's the world's most popular sport and all and I freely admit that I don't know strategy. But almost two hours in front of the tv and one lousy goal. There weren't even any fights. Still it's fun to root for the US in anything.

The May trip might end up being the first driving trip so I figured DD and I love the beach so figured 4 park days (hoping one ends up being the 24 hr day, always wanted to do 24 hrs at MK) and then have some fun beach days.

See ya tomm, the flying saucer prob would be a great place to park, I think it's $5 but they are mainly beer, they do serve liquor though.

I would really like to attend one of those 24 hour park days as well. Maybe one year. I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

The Holiday Inn where I'm staying is about 1/2 mile away. The Hilton where Mike suggested is right across the street. Wish I had had Hilton points.
