That's the way my youngest is. Yes to pools. No to ocean.

Unfortunately, there are still rooms available. I don't like the split stay thing - unpacking/packing twice on a vacation is way too much work. So, when I tried the whole - well, since we have MNSSHP tickets Monday and I don't like split stays discussion - the counter argument was just to stay the whole week at BWV ths year and stay the whole week at VBR next year.

Ugh. When we did last year's trip we didn't unpack for the two nights at Cocoa Beach, just lived out of the bags, don't unpack till Disney. I'm with you on that one.

Last year was the girl's first encounter with the ocean, reactions to the salt water was mixed. We'll go again next year, but after that, move on to something new.

It takes me a lot of effort to even get DW into the lake at the cottage. I won't even try to get her into the ocean.

I don't ever unpack either. I can live out of the suitcase with a laundry bag for dirty clothes. DW must have all the clothes unpacked.

Consider that you won for this year and since next year is not booked /scheduled yet you still have time. There are pros and cons to an entire week at VBR - we can brain storm at our meet up in a couple of weeks

True. The one thing I have going for me is that everyone likes the MNSSHP. For next year, i'm considering a VBR stay and drive up for MNSSHP. It would be a long 2 hour drive back, but at least I still get to go to MK.

I've always thought more posts meant more full of it.
