That's how I feel about this full marathon thing.

I really wanted to get the cars washed this weekend, since it finally rained a couple times and got most of the salt of the road, but with snow coming Sun. why even bother, maybe the car companies are behind this, with all the salt used more rusted out cars means more new car sales

Every time I debate getting the cars washed, i hear more snow's coming...

I don't know which one of you recommended that I watch Sherlock, but thanks. I just finished season 3 last night and it was good. The only problem is that they are 90 minutes each and DW kept falling asleep. All in all, she's probably only seen about 2 of the three seasons.

Looks like a great time! My daughter is also a hockey fan, so for her birthday I gave her tickets to the Flyers game last night. I lost track of how many times I apologized to her as they gave up 5 goals in the 2nd period.

I don't know which one of you recommended that I watch Sherlock, but thanks. I just finished season 3 last night and it was good. The only problem is that they are 90 minutes each and DW kept falling asleep. All in all, she's probably only seen about 2 of the three seasons.

Glad you enjoyed it! I didn't like season 3 as much as the first two, but I'm sure I'll be right back in when season 4 comes out in about 5 years.

Well technically it’s still morning for a bit yet. Work and home has been keeping me mightily busy since the New Year so I keep missing out on a lot of the goings on ‘round here. Reading along happens when possible, and prayers are always offered when needed (even if I don’t always make time to type it out, they’re always offered).

Looks Like a good trip was had. That particular museum (amongst others of Chicago’s offerings) is on my list of musts. I don’t see it happening soon and certainly not before the Disney exhibit moves out though. Too bad for me, but I’m glad y’all got to partake.

Granted they are a bit long per. Though immensely watchable, I haven’t been able to get my lovely DW interested in them either. Anything with a lot of little details tends to make her head ache.

Have to agree. It had moments of brilliance, but seems a little bit more of a struggle writing wise. The main character twist did catch me by surprise so they get points for that one. Five years you say… You may be more right then you know.

I felt like the actual mysteries took a back seat this season, and they just went for goofy comedy. Not that there's anything wrong with goofy comedy, of course. And I did like that particular character twist you mentioned.

I also felt like Sherlock's solution to the final case was very out-of-character, and surprisingly consequence-free.
