My Brit friend is flying in this weekend for an extended stay. Friday afternoon we will be in the Keys at the pool bar drinking manly drinks. No wimpy, girly, fruity drinks for us. Saturday diving if conditions are good. Water temp is only 74 so not sure I want to dip my toes in. After that, maybe Key West for a couple of days.

I heard Sunday could be nothing to 30+ inches. Way to narrow it down- again.

However, they like to water down those drinks. Sometimes you are better to order on the rocks or just order that beer.

Breaking news....it *^%#&$! snowed again

Seton Hall is getting pounded. No classes Monday, Tuesday open and classes again canceled today. Not sure about the rest of the week. Sunday is looking like an even bigger storm. Must be nice living on campus, nothing to do but play and no makeup days at the end of the term. I want the money I spent on tuition back.

Got to win the lottery soon and buy a house in Florida , so far this week school has been closed 1 day and the last 2 days have been delayed openings

I now totally understand why so many people migrate south for the winter, they are the Smart ones

Good morning guys. Was supposed to head to Chicago this a.m. but when SW cancelled a couple of flights last night we cancelled our plans for today. Got tons of work to get wrapped up that traveling today would not allow so worked out for the best. Stay warm and be safe this weekend up in the NE.

Good Snowy Afternoon fellas...

Snow day here as well kiddos are at home playing Minecraft and On Skpe with all there friends, DW stayed home and I got my sorry butt in my vehicle and drove to the restaurant. I have shoveled twice already and it was pretty quiet for lunch.

I am so done with this winter....spring can't come soon enough!!

Question for you guys. Anyone ever tried a workout program called P90X, I am on my second week. I hurt in places that I didn't know existed...

Anyone have any success with this?

Not much time to get on lately but not getting much accomplished at work either. I did get a better quote on tree removal so that will save me $1400 that can go towards a new roof.

Looks like I've missed a good picture of the future DISDad, some exercising, some trash talking, some complaining about the snow and the rest. So it is Situation Normal...

Question for you guys. Anyone ever tried a workout program called P90X, I am on my second week. I hurt in places that I didn't know existed...

I've been through that program a few times and I think some of the other guys have as well. I enjoyed it a lot and found it to be effective. I didn't really have much weight to lose at the time, so the results didn't show up on the scale. They would have if I actually changed my diet, but what's the fun in that? P90X sort of started the fitness kick I've been on for the last three or so years.

I've done the shorter T25. Shorter version of the same thing. As soon as I started seeing results life got in the way. Your muscles do feel it.
