Someone needs to keep an eye out for Barry. If Rogers is out for the season there may be some Packers fans wanting to do bad things.

It is just my youngest, and she doesn't seem to be bothered by it. She still likes playing basketball and soccer and I signed her up for indoor soccer and then it will be basketball in December/January. At school, she did write she wanted to be a basketball player when she was older. I'll be glad to leave this soccer league behind.

Not sure UK would beat them. UK may only have 5 pro players where Boston has 12? For sure, you all stink with the draft lottery. Two picks and you still couldn't land Duncan.

DD has decided to focus on basketball as her sport. Dropped soccer all together. She plays town field hockey in the fall and softball in the spring, but now plays hoops all year either for town or on a club team. She also swims and dances so her schedule is pretty full. The soccer programs always seemed to be so much more competitive than the others. Glad we got out of that. Hoops has some similar traits, but it seems to be getting better with regards to coaches acting stupid.

I'll argue that the Celtics have exactly 4 pro players and Rondo is out, making it 3 actively playing. That means with 5, UK is in the lead.:rotfl2::rotfl2: I have watched at least parts of all 4 games so far. Half of the team would not even see the court on other rosters.

Not a Boston fan here but I'll comment anyway. Teams who get continuous support regardless of the product on the court/field have no incentive to make it better. See: Chicago Cubs ;):lmao:

:rotfl2: That's the thing. The Cubs are trying to get better, it's just not working. We did know this day was coming. Just have to suffer through a couple of years watching bad basketball, which beats the alternative. 10 years of mediocre basketball finishing in the middle of the pack and not getting a decent player out of the draft.

Just giving you grief. You've got all those titles and our two most storied franchises are stinking up the town. I did post a nasty messagfe on the Twins Facebook page saying I would not buy a ticket, merchandise or watch another inning until there was new ownership.

I actually filled out a comment on line as well. Told them the game was really a struggle to watch, but I am Ok with tanking for 2 years to rebuild the team. I'll watch and we'll wear our Celtics gear. We just won't spend the $$ to attend as it is too much for the product on the court. Not sure what they'll think of it.:goodvibes

You took a picture on Pirates. . .

You were THAT guy.

:lmao::rotfl2::lmao: Hey, turn off that flash!

Evening, men. Been off of the Board for about a week due to work efforts and kid activities getting in the way. Not to mention the infinite amount of leaves that keep taking over my lawn. Grrr.
Gonna spend some veg time tonight catching up.

Until then...
Prayers to those in need, welcome new guys, joy to those at WDW or soon to be on their way.

News in my world...
~Oldest DD got her report card with straight A's. Very proud of her. 3rd grade but she's been showing a lot of maturity and initiative with her homework and studying.
~Ran in the Zombie Mud Run Saturday (5K obstacle course with, you guessed it...zombies.) and finished with all 3 of my flags. And no sever injuries. the latter is the impressive part. i won;t represent team Sparrow in any Run Disney events in the immediate future but hoping down the road that I can.
~Trying to find time to update my TR...I have all of my photos in place, just need to find the time to get it done.
~Also trying to build our Photobook via the PhotoPass site...but the site BLOWS! I lost 1.5 hours of my life tonight trying to build my book only to have the connection repeatedly time out and then get a friendly error message with Fix-it Felix on it saying the site is temporarily unavailable. Aaaarrrrrgghhhhh!

Let's see: Congratulations to DD on a job well done! I would say running against zombies qualifies and gets you a pass on RunDisney. You didn't get bit did you? I stopped using the photopass site. I download and use iPhoto to do it. The cost is pretty much the same, but you get the book quicker and it's easier to use.

Well, by the time most of you read this, we'll be on a plane heading home. We had an amazing trip with a few bumps along the way but hey everyday isn't Christmas. I will leave you with a few pictures from today.....See y'all when I'm back in the grand old state of Connecticut! :faint:

Thanks for posting all this pictures Tim. Travel safe! Just a warning. It's really COOOLLLDDD up here.

Morning guys. According to Miami brass, it seems Incognito will, "Never wear a Dolphin jersey again." Glad I could make your day Jim.

That looks like a pretty big Disney store.

Incognito really seems like an a$$. As more information comes out, I wonder how many others were involved in some way. I'm sure this type of stuff happens everywhere, just not as extreme. There's a lot coming out that he has been cut from several college teams and pro teams because of similar stupidity. Everyone keeps giving him a shot because of his talent. Does Philbin survive this? It starts at the top, right?

Well, you still have the weather on your side. It's sunny and a balmy 41 degrees today.:faint:

Amen - Nice job by the Bears last night. Though knocking Rogers out sure did help

Thanks for keeping a smile on my face and a "how many more days until we go" in the back of my head with your pics. Safe travels and be careful, it's scary once ya get back.

So if we support them in the lean years, we're foolish and give the team no reason to improve. If we only support them in the good years (yes, there have been a few) we're fair weather fans. What's a fan to do?

No, no, no. You guys have missed the point. Don't be a Cubs fan. It's detrimental to your health. :lmao:

Good morning gentlemen.

The puppy soap opera continues. DD was making her bed and her brother's to prove she's ready.

Congrats to DD. The zombie run sounds like my kind of event. I'll onlt run if I'm being chased by something.
Tough night last night trying to sleep so I worked on the videos I am doing for the Europe trip. Came across these going through the Paris pictures.
Nice pics CJ

I'm glad I haven't had to deal with associations yet.

At least your team has the track record of improving. It makes it easier to get through the rebuilding patches. My problem with the Twins is they have never made an effort in improving. Throughout the last decade they never signed a big name free agent or big trade when they were on the cusp of making that deep playoff run. Heck they couldn't even keep their players. The excuse was they needed a new stadium. Then they got the new, mostly tax payer funded, stadium. Then they let the entire bullpen walk. The excuse now was they don't have the big TV deal like New York, Texas, and LA to be competitive. That was the last straw for me. The Vikings have shown a willingness to improve. They've just been snake bit and the defense is getting old.

:lmao:

The only fantasy player producing on my team was Jordy Nelson. Looks like that option is gone. I thought I would get the #1 pick next year, now it is a lock.

!

I'm hoping mine goes that way as well. Your dd is in way more stuff than mine. Don't tell DW or I'll get signed up for more chauffering.

Your Morning picture. :

She looks a little upset with you. :lmao:

Is she thinking, "keep your hands to yourself"? :lmao:

Morning Guys,

last day in the office this week. :yay: Then I get to fly across the country.

Few projects to tie up today and few appointments to take care of, should be a full day.

Safe travels.

Dates may already be changing. The Pirate Princess has Fall Break the following weekend so I may postpone my arrival a bit so she can fly down. Neither of us have seen MNSSHP and she wants to go. Screws up my plans for a solo trip. At least for part of it.
]

I told you to wait and change the dates AFTER my school schedule comes out. :lmao:

Hey, get in line. I lost to a guy who started Payton Manning last week.

Florida seems to be completely dysfunctional with the NFL. The mess in Miami, MRSA in Tampa, and the dumpster fire in Jacksonville. Have you considered rooting for Florida State? I think they are your only option unless you switch over to hockey and start following the Lightning.

BITE YOUR TOUNGE! Since Florida is my Alma Mater, I am by blood forbidden to root for that girl's school. The only time I hope they win is when they play Miami. I am still a Dolphin fan because I grew up with them when I was a kid. At least they spend money (unlike the Marlins) and try to put a team on the field. They don't do it very well but at least they try.

That looks like a pretty big Disney store.

Nice sized store. Not huge because each floor is not overly big but it is two stories.

Incognito was voted the dirtiest player in the league. A lot of stuff is coming out now including racist and threatening emails and similar idiot behavior at a local bar. Philbin is clearly shaken by this. He will end up OK but there are questions going around about his managing the locker room. If he gets fired, it will be over wins and losses, not this.

And yes, the weather is OK right now although it was a cool 71 this morning. (Insert Evil Laugh Here). Not a good day to be on the water though. Wind is blowing out of the East 20+ knots. Seas 6-12 outside the reefs in the Keys. Sporty out there.

Your Morning picture.

Cindy: "Oh! That Carl person seems awful. I will make sure to tell the other Princesses' about him." By the Way, Happy Birthday Carl.

I told you to wait and change the dates AFTER my school schedule comes out. :lmao:

Well, it screwed up my plan on being in the World during my birthday. They could change again if her calendar does not come out as expected.

I wonder if there is a hand print on his other cheek.

Ouch. That's just...that's not good.

Hardee-har-har.

:lmao: Nicely done.:thumbsup2
