On this Memorial Day, I am thankful to all those lost their lives in war so that I can be here today.

Bit of a bummer...just looking around the DIS and discovered that both the Jungle Cruise and Muppet Vision 3D will be down while we're at WDW.

That sucks... but seeing as there is always being something refurbe'ed, that's not so bad.
I believe they are making a movie based on the Jungle Cruise, so they may try to freshen it up a bit. Let's just hope they don't turn the water around, I absolutely LOVE the back side.

VERY eventful day today as a co-worker was escorted out today in handcuffs. Made things more interesting. We weren't divulged of the reason, but safe bet is internal theft. What an idiot. Lots of people here are shaken, but don't really have an emotional attachment to anyone here, so whatever.



Awesome!! Our original plans for August called for a day or two "over there" but financial logistics saw it getting cut.

Arrested! I bet it had something to do with the big pre-strike sales.

We are spending a couple days at SeaWorld and DC. Already paid for it so no chance it gets cancelled.

This may be far fetched but, you may have saved that company alot of grief, Since they could not give you any info, it may have been a hacker trying to get into the system it is along weekend this week so it would be Tues before anyone might notice something, I would give it to your supervisor and label it suspicious, this way they can follow up on it, I might be looking in way to deep, but since my Father was a cop he taught us to trust no one fishing for info

No. It is the actual customer. Good point though. We have met them before and we have all their contact information. I just didn't know the guy was that stupid.

Sorry to hear about the grant. As for the wine, my solution would be to buy more alcohol.

No branches in the US but I did get a call from DS saying he wasn't feeling well and wanted to know if I could get him at school. He made it through most of the day but I think he is exhausted from space camp, never got back until about 11 last night. Working from home now.

nice day today with the fam. Parade in the morning, which the kids enjoyed, and it was nice to be able to show them what we should be remembering today. Yard work after and a bbq with some neighbors in a bit.

Busy busy. Brought in 3 skids of stock i needed for replenishing but rather then fill the shelves out, my co-workers re-skidded it all, leaving it for me. Go Team!
Between that and my stomach issues from my IBS, having an interesting day.

As I said to DW, now how can I see the back side of water??? I think being only 6 weeks down, it's just to clean up the ride a little, probably drain the water etc. that isn't a long time really.

Happy Memorial Day. Especially to all those that have served including their families.

Made it home yesterday without any issues. Nice vacation. The 24 hour thing was interesting but It took a while to recover. Can not imagine what the people that did the whole 24 felt afterward. Kidani is a great place to stay. Bit tired of the nonexistence of quick serve food options there though. You want to have a quick bite, you need to drive over to or get on the shuttle to Jambo. Good trip though.
