Looks like we will be missing each other by a few days, we are leaving WDW on the 14th

Yeah, we had to go with what worked best. We'll be back before the kids start school, and Jo and her boss' vacations overlap by just a couple of days, lets things keep running there.

Morning guys :surfweb:

Hectic day yesterday. Last night my DD's did their home school year end musical celebration. It was awesome. The teacher does a great of teaching them multiple styles.

I am thankful and grateful for today! 8 years ago I was blessed to see my two princesses enter into this world and take their first breaths. I'm not sure where all the time has gone. We are so proud of the young ladies they have become. Happy 8th birthday Kate & Olivia :bday:

Happy Birthday to Kate and Olivia!!!

Looked at it, to split up the stay, it would actually cost more. Only way to make it cheaper is to change the actual dates, but we're not flexible now. Got all my ADRs booked, I'm happy.:thumbsup2

Happy Birthday Princess' Kate & Olivia! party:

Hey can a Boston Disney nut become a Dis Dad's member?

I'm the family member who drives everyone else nuts with Disney stories, planning, into etc. Until it's time to plan then they all turn to me, along with family members, friends co-workers etc.

As I type this I am listening to the Epcot Entrance Music on my work computer so that should count for something!!

2 trips a year since my first time in 1991. Each August at the Beach Club with the family and each December at the CSR for a work conference!!

I hope my credentials hold up! Just don't hold being a Sox, Pats, Bruins and Celtics (oh and Boston College too) fan against me!!

Jay

Hey Jay! Pull up a chair and jump right in. Always good to add to the Northeast Chapter. Paul (RodBelding) and I are planning a lunch get together soon. Feel free to invite yourself.

When will you be there in August? There are a few of us around the World then. We'll be at POR 8/21-8/28.

Welcome to the club!

Morning Guys, TGIF!

Go Flyers? I thought they went a couple of weeks ago..:confused3

Maybe you missed this part: DRUMS PENNSYLVANIA. :lmao::lmao:

6-1 was pretty ugly last night. Feel free to jump on the Bruins wagon with us.

Wasn't a good night. Got beat by a team that was playing better from the goalie out. I can't complain though, the Habs went from 15th to 2nd. Pretty good improvement I think.

I'm going to the North Florida Joint Terrorist Task Force (JTTF).

Should be a decent gig...just going to take some getting used to.

I have to learn a new system and learn a new Idenfitication Number.

I'm going from "SE 1" to "JX 30".

Doesn't mean anything to you guys, but trust me, it's going to take some getting used to on my part.:lmao:

But you'll be closer to Disney World. And I'm sure you'll need to do regular investigations right? Good luck with the change. Just know where here to listen and provide support.:thumbsup2

Thanks!

I'm in Winthrop, though I work in Boston each day. Well kinda work, in between my scouring the DIS!

Jay

I'm in Boxford, not too far away. If I remember, Winthrop is a dry town with no alcohol sales. Is that still true? Pretty sure that's why I don't spend much time there. Nice to be by the water though.

Happy Birthday to the two Princesses!!

That's what I meant. Computer codes for transmission. No leaks, so just waiting til it gives put. Plus, the van has almost 190K, so not sure how long it will last. I wouldn't have to sell them, but two big expenses like that would wipe out most of my emergency fund.

Let's hope it doesn't come to that. We have newer vehicles (i guess that's what I would cal it). Both have 100K miles, but are in really good condition. We have a Honda Odysee and a Lexus. Both good quality. Hoping the Lexus will last until DS gets his license and then I'll have a reason to get a newer car again.

No not relocated...and no, nor more money...

*SIGNIFICANTLY* fewer headaches though......

Heck I might demand to stay there.:lmao:

Just the new and unknown that'll get ya.:scared:

It's always good to have fewer headaches.

Welcome, as a recent new addition you will find that this is really a good group of folks

Watch out for that CJ guy though. And his daughter carries a shiv!

:rotfl: No, wasn't referring to you...

So far just signed up for the half. Might do the Goofy, but not sure yet. Is she doing the Goofy?

We'll take a few laps around World Showcase, stopping every now and then for a refreshment. ;)

Are we going to plan a lunch or what? I have a One Fund fundraiser Monday, but can come up any other day next week. Let me know so we can get it on the calendar. I'm starting to think you are conspiring with CJ.:confused3

This will be our 4th stay at POP. We have always been in the 50s Bldg C. In fact the first two times we were in the same room and the third time we were in the room next to it.

Maybe that's the Canadian wing.:rotfl2::rotfl2::lmao::lmao: Ever seen any penguins running around?

We are in Epcot the 22nd as well. May be a good time to meet up. We have the opposite countries for meals. Lunch at Via Napoli and dinner at Monsieur Paul.

POP is a fun place. Too small for my family of 4. Queen beds are a must unless we get two rooms. Values are tough now. They grow up REALLY fast. Enjoy it while you can.

which way are you driving down and home? I have been known to show up at gas stations. :thumbsup2

I assume the answer is.....The other way?:lmao::lmao::rotfl2::rotfl2:
