Tonight DS and I are going to Iron Man 3 in 3D.

Bought tix last night to ensure we'd get in. :thumbsup2

DW and DD will be going to Girl Guides.

Dang...
I was just about to respond to Justin’s request for a hot tub when the Mods finally went and closed the thread.

So I guess I’ll just post it here….

Congrats on the last word Randall. Was that the longest thread closing?

Ran the numbers, over and over. We originally booked the dining plan and tickets. Called and rebooked POR pool view room with the 25% discount. Skipped the MP and Tix as we have non expired ones from last year we can use. With the discount and no meal plan we saved a lot of $$. The only negative is that we will need to cancel a few of the sit downs without the meal plan. We'll wing it and see what we can get into while there. If not, it's CS for us.

We still do the TS without the meal plan. Just depends on how you budget. We will have Shula's, Fulton's, Be Our Guest, and Olivia's breakfast. We may buy TiW card.

If you want to move to the US and work in tech support, our Apps Engineer resigned today.:headache::sad2: Just started getting everything back to a normal level. Next task. Post job online.

I'll take the job. I know nothing about it and don't plan to commute. When do I get my first pay check?

I can look at those stats and tell you exactly when I was deployed:rotfl2:

And I'm still in the Top 30? How did that happen?

:lmao:

Great picture. Where is the hot tub?

Being as I’m making every effort available to keep from actually working…Here are the stats from XXVII

Thanks for the stats.

The online system seems to be down right now period. Trying to see what I can scrap together for this trip we just booked at 40 days out.

Good luck.

Stayed up to watch GS/SA. Glad I did. Didn't mean to watch it but when I checked back right before going to bed, it started to get fun.
.

That was a good game. Curry dropped 20 in the third quarter and they still lost?

And it seems the decision on what color Team Sparrow will wear has been given to me. While it appears the choice has been made for me, with DoleWhip grabbing the gold, and Beverly claiming black... I think you all forget that team Sparrow is Pirates... we have no uniform. We "Take what we can, and give nothing back!" We'll wear whatever color we want!

Team Sparrow won't be known by the color of their shirts, but by the quantity of their rum! (and by how many wenches they get slapped by)

pirate:

Glad to hear about the surgery and hope you are up to speed soon. What a great birthday speech from the Captain. Or should I say, Commodore. I'll get you a really big hat. Aye!

I like the cut of your jib! pirate:

This is not that type of thread, Randall. :confused3 :lmao:

Online reservations weren't working at 6:00, so we called in at 7:00. Was able to get all our adrs, including 2 BOG reservations. Worked out well! :thumbsup2

Excellent.

Is that a concealed carry sword in your pocket or are you just ha... nah. Never mind. Too easy.

:lmao: :rotfl: :lmao: It's a sword. :sad2:

Wow... there's a non-Stones version of Paint it Black and you consider it to be good? :confused3 :lmao:

Great song. And it is Joey Votto's walk up song when he bats, so that makes it even better.:thumbsup2

Well, it's better than some of the other music they played over the years. The Spring performance featured "Happy Birthday" without the words played repeatedly, with different instruments and speeds for 5 minutes. Yeah, you'll take Paint in Black sung by the Chipmunks after that.

We have 1 breakfast, 2 lunches and 3 dinners including the ever elusive BOG on 8/24. We booked these when we originally planned to go with the dining free or not. Since we didn't go with the MP we'll keep it with these and then add while there if we feel like more TS. I am pretty sure we'll try for the California Grill as well, but we'll see

Posting says you have to come to the office, sorry. I already volunteered to stay home, not work and get paid. I got this look

With DVC, we never get the free dining. But, I added up the DP vs OOP or with TiW. Enjoying a restuarant or two is a part of our vacations, so that is just one of those budgeted expenses. I guess you can keep me in mind for that next job.

So, what'd I miss?:confused3

Busy day today. Had to pick up my FIL from the hospital. They found an artery in his heart that had a 99% blockage and put in a stent yesterday. He's already complaining about the hospital and saying he doesn't think the procedure will help his health any, so I'd say he's well on the road to recovery.

Sounds about right... :rotfl2::lmao::rotfl:

Glad he's doing ok.

Sounds cured to me. Prayers for a quick recovery.

You're a legend :thumbsup2

In my own mind.

I chatted about this on the other boards but they've changed the way the queue works for test track. About a month ago they switched from having the fastpass riders on TestTrack just access an abridged design session to having them go through the full design session. The end result seems to be:

1. The fastpass line can stretch out the door.
2. The line before the design studio moves much slower. We stood at the front of the standby line watching them pull one or 2 families from the standby line to go into a design studio, and filling the rest of the studio with people from the fastpass line.

From talking with CM's the change is a result of a mandate from senior leadership at Chevy. The cast members seem frustrated. When I talked with those that had been working the ride for a while. There were others that had only been working on it for a month or less so they were unaware of the change. As a result of the change the CM said they are planning on redesigning the fastpass queue area. He said he was also hoping that they would reduce the number of fastpass riders.

The short of this is, if your touring plan had you grabbing fastpasses for soarin then running over to ride testtrack because you wanted to do the design station, you might want to swap that. Get FP's for TestTrack and ride Soarin.
