This is the last day of some of the work silliness as we've been running pretty short this week due to the wise decision to send three people to a 2-day first-aid training the week leading to a long weekend. Fortunately, it hasn't been too busy yet, and I've been able to play in the beer section like old times. Lots of incomming stock though.

Morning guys. Another hot one here today. Heat is suppose to break tomorrow, and we could use it!

Rainy hump day so I don't mind a 4 hour drive to deliver to samples to campus. This weather keeps up I may look at switching from growing beans to growing rice.

One glaring difference. Folks around the country like the Blackhawks. Folks outside of South Florida hate the Heat.

Aaron Hernandez was arrested today. Not good for our upcoming football season. Of course it was only a matter of time. Enjoy the title runs while they last.

This is my Thursday since I am off for a long weekend Friday morning. Getting hair cut at lunch and start summer hoop season with both kids tonight. It was warmer in Boston this morning than Cancun at 7AM.

Matt posted this on the clubhouse page. Thought I'd also post here for all to see. We had a lunch meet-up. Good times and great to me my first DisDad.

Hey guys! I know that folks have been asking, so I'm taking another round of pre-orders for DISDads dri-fit t-shirts. I've got sizes from Men's S through Men's 4XL available, in three colors (see below for samples - the colors are not exactly as they appear here). I'm taking orders only until July 31, 2013 (if we don't have at least 25 shirts ordered by then, I may extend the deadline before ordering).

Good mornin' gents! Still celebrating our Blackhawks and getting ready for this weekend to celebrate the inlaws 60th weddin anniversary - wow, 60 years Inlaws moved down to the Nashville area from Chicago a couple of years after we did to follow their DD and grandkids so BIL & SIL are coming down for the weekend to celebrate.

Had an interesting night yesterday, arrived home about 7:30 to no power after a big wind, lightning and rain storm. Got it back just in time to go to bed.

Another quick check in. Golf yesterday was good. I played with a 2 handicap who loves to give advice. We mostly fixed my banana slice by the end of the round. DD is driving my dad crazy. She goes from complete drama queen to total sweetheart in two heart beats. He said that DS and the other grand kid are complete angels.

Yea, I saw her drink her first LEGAL beer. It wasn't there though, it was the first day we were at the Brit's house.



She had problems downing the half pint they gave her so she is either faking it or has not had much practice chugging. She is getting a charge out of her legal status here.

That's because she is drinking a real beer. Not that beer flavored water so popular on college campuses.

Kid freedom. Any plans?

Nice dinner and car shopping. MAYBE one more round of golf. I'll have to see what the finance committee says.

Working hard on my wife's summer Honey Doo list, right now I'm sitting in the A/C while a tree crew is taking down a giant maple that is in the middle of the back yard, seems like anything we ever want to do has this tree in the way, it got hit by lightning a few years ago and carpenter ants are now eating away at it

My out look is taking it down now is a lot cheaper, then if it came down on its own during a storm and hit the house or the garage
