Can I be a member of the fabulous club if I am still about 4 weeks away from being a dad to a son who will love Disney or move out at the age of 5?

Welcome to the club!I've been a huge Disney fan all my life. As a kid, my dad would load us up in Memphis and head down to WDW once every three years or so. One year we went twice in less than 12 months. I thought I was the luckiest kid in the world that year. I remember to ABCDE tickets, River Country, the light parade on the water, staying in a trailer ("cabin") at Fort Wilderness, HoopDeDo, and watching Mary Poppins at the Contemporary for night time entertainment.
My wife and I went to WDW on our honeymoon 15 years ago and we've been back four times since. We have a family condo at Bonnet Creek and enjoy going there as often as our schedules permit with our three kids.
As the ID suggests, I'm a big UT Vols fan and am roughing it living in Bamaland.
Welcome to the club and get as much sleep as you can for the next 4 weeks. Can I be a member of the fabulous club if I am still about 4 weeks away from being a dad to a son who will love Disney or move out at the age of 5?
Hope everyone had a nice Easter weekend. I just sat through a defensive driving course, which was basically 3 hours of "don't text while driving" repeated over and over.

Why did you have to take defensive driving? Too much texting while driving?![]()

Thank you!
Oh... well, that's good. What? You mean you can't do that?
I only took it because it saves me about $50-$60 off my car insurance.
And the basball season has begun in Cincinnati! Today should be a holiday.:
Seriously guys! All the trip talk is making me antsy. I'm still trying to convince DW that we should go in August before the baby comes this fall. Coming off the trip in January without a plan for the next trip has made these past 3 months drag on. Seeing as I haven't scheduled any of my vacation days for the year so far is driving me crazy!:
I wish we lived closer too. It is about an hour and 45 mins one way to get there. Coming home sucked because i was tired and had a headache from the drunk Oklahoma ---holes i got stuck next to. We got home about 1am and then the easter bunny had to visit yet.![]()

Spent a Day at MK - HOLY CROWDED! 11's on the crowd calendar. They were at a Phase 3 shutdown at MK the day we were there. Forced me to cancel my ADR at 'Ohana because I wouldn't be let back in if we left the park!
Had a Solo EPCOT Day - HOLY CROWDED!! Did a few things I've never done before...Explored Mexico Pavilion - Saw the Voices of Liberty and the American Adventure Show.....Saw O'Canada. - O Why?!? (darn you Brian) - Rode Journey into Imagination (it was the only ride that was a walk-on). Waited 20 minutes in line for Spaceship Earth! Saw the food booths - enjoyed the food from the food booths!.
Things are ok here, balmy 60 degrees and somewhat blue sky. Mi familia is on vacation as well, back up in southern WV for a few days.Thursday and Friday we are headed to Paris Island SC to watch a friends son graduate from USMC boot camp.
We will be going October 14 through 26th. We'll be at AoA Cars from the 14th to the 19th. Then at the time share from the 19th to the 26th. We're looking at one of the Marriott properties. We're planning ADRs at Chef Mickey's the night we arrive, CRT and Hollywood and Vine. Can't wait. I'm off to update my signature.![]()
Hope everyone had a Great day, I get to work early tomorrow and when I get home it's off to the huge Easter Monday Gift Auction, I hope for some serious winning on my table, you either win or you do not win there is no try

And it's opening day for the Pittsburgh Pirates. My buddy got something like 30 tickets for friends but I couldn't pull it off due to some work commitments today. The upside is that it's cold and rainy. So I won;t have to endure that!
:
I'm Baaacckkk!
In case you noticed....I'm back...if you didn't notice I was gone, just proceed on with your Monday.
Quick Trip Report:
Weather at the beach - sucked. Cold Windy with a little rain. (thanks Brian)

I figured we'd miss you with the new plan but it has the kids only missing one week of school and we get really low crowds the whole time. Plus we will be there over our 10th anniversary. We will miss you by a few days. Still, good luck in planning.
