yeah - thanks for that CJ....my Browns start yet another regular season, and another home game with a loss.

Looks like the Browns are on their way to another 5-11 season - or worse!

I don't understand how a team can look halfway decent in pre-season and then fall apart when it matters!

:furious:

At least they held the Phins to a near franchise low for rushing yards. Not sure how they will be over the season, but at least they got one win in.

Jus tin case you missed it, and of course because that what a nemesis does............Florida LOST.:lmao::lmao:

Your Momma.

I forgot to mention that DS had his CT scan on Friday. He did fantastic...

Glad he did well. Hope the results are good. Sure they will be.

Called my doc back this morning. After finally getting through, they said the nurse was busy and she would call back. Still waiting. Not calling them back and will assume everything is OK unless they contact me and tell me otherwise. While I like my doctor, his office is not very responsive and you have to wait forever to see someone when you have an appointment.

sitting here like a little kid waiting. Tonight at the band booster meeting they decide if they are going to Disney world or if they are doing universal. rumor has it they already decided on Disney. OH and the truck with all the equipment cant drive itself down there so SOMEONE will have to drive it down there.

Just when would this trip happen?

Funny you should mention hubcaps. A couple of the other gearheads in the office keep threatening to buy a set of the dog dish caps and put them on the car while i'm not looking. The fact that they run over $300 a set will likely keept that from happening. It was the original plan when the car was built but I kept putting it off and now i find i like the black wheel look more. Sort of my anti-billet wheel statement. They are in fact custom wheels. It originally came with 14 inch five spoke Mopar wheels so I had the 15 inch wheels built, the rears being ten inches wide. I think it gives it more of a 60s stock car look.

I wondered how that went and I am glad that they did not need to sedate him! :thumbsup2

I forgot to mention that DS had his CT scan on Friday. He did fantastic. The rediologist wanted to sedate him. We talked them into trying it without sedation first. He sat on the table and was perfect. It took us longer to get checked in and wait for the radiologist to be happy with the images than the actual procedure. We'll know the results at the big specialist meeting next week. DW starts her new job on Wednesday. She's excited but nervous going somewhere else after being at her old company for so long. But they are moving locations and her commute would be close to 90 minutes each way.

Hope the results are ok and that DW enjoys her new job.

Today's high in Orlando is 90. In Minneapolis it is 96.

You're not in WDW? That might be the problem to most everything.

I like the no hubcap look.

Hope the results indicate your alive and not the start of the zombie apocalypse. :lmao: I rarely go to doctor, but when I do, I don't have a long wait. Otherwise, I'd probably go elsewhere.

I'm guessing you are volunteering to drive?

The sacrifices we make for our kids.

I can't be the only one who is absolutely disgusted with the "new" online Disney reservation system. All the technology that's out there these days and they use this CRAP! :furious: At least the old system gave you recommendations of other resorts that have availability if the one you chose was not available. Sigh.

Whatcha doing.... on the reservation system??? :rolleyes1

Something to share. Had these made for the wife for our anniversary. Hand made from colored foil, about 7-8 inches tall.

Awesome!!!!

Brent - Congrats on being the Beer man. Speaking of which, why isn't there an official Beer Man of the Disdads? Feel free to take that roll if you want.

That's a close fight between Brent, the controller of the beer, and my nemesis, the only DISDad that I know who has beer on tap in his basement...

:confused3

:furious::furious::furious::furious:

Here today it was in the 70's tomorrow they say it will be 86, Wed they are calling for 97, and Thurs 74, looks like a wierd heat wave moving through, I guess I'd rather have a heat wave over a cold spell:confused3

Sounds good, but where is the PBR, Milwaukee's Best, & Schlitz?

Only have PBR in 6pk cans, don't list the Schlitz, and the bpard no longer carries Milwaukee's Best, only it's worst (Old Milwaukee and Ice)

Morning Brent.

I have a couple of very good NB craft beers I can send your way. Just sayin'.

Do tell....we don't get enough from the East Coast, right now it's the Wesy Coast that's "trendy" :snooty::rotfl2:

Have fun. I saw no mention of Moose head or Molson. :confused3

Safe to say we carry Moosehead. Molson is one of the big two Macro breweries, we have a lot of their portfolio, too much as it is. They handle everything from Coors to Corona.

Speaking of.....get thism they are prepping to bring Coors to Ontario (always been Coors Light), they plan to market it as an upscale brand. :lmao:

Don't worry, you'll be shoulder high in snow freezing your a$$ off in no time.:thumbsup2

You da man!

PBR is all you need. :thumbsup2

For what? Emergancy paint thinner?

:rotfl2: You should have heard me the other day when it took me half an hour to finish an online checkout at lowes.com. :headache: I will never use that site again to order multiple items.

But seriously... Disney has all this power at their fingertips and I have to click a button just to HOPE there are accommodations? And then to see a red warning that says "Sorry... nothing to see here. You suck. Go back and MAYBE you'll find something that's available". :badpc::badpc::badpc::badpc:

That's why I still call them instead of trying to use the on line system. Just trying to get dining reservations was frustrating enough, I can't imagine trying to do everything on that system. Good luck!

Only that I'm in neither place and it's 43 degrees here.:rotfl2::rotfl2: Actually like the fall in New England, so no complaints.

It seems that every company is pushing more for online transactions to save money on call takers. They haven't figured out that you have to make the site super easy to navigate, informative, and it has to work very well. Even with all of that in place, you can never replace a knowledgeable call taker (do they even make those anymore? :confused3).

Sounds like good weather in Orlando. I don't see a problem with that. 96 in Minneapolis will keep the snow from sticking for an extra five minutes...

I like to drive south! Need some assistance? :hyper:

I would like to thank the Tortuga Cowboys for starting Cam newton over Colin Kapernick. :thumbsup2

I'm glad the CT scan went well. Hopefully the results will be as good.

Thanks guys. We have a plan for either contingency. It will be nice to finally know.

And yes Norm that is the problem.

I love the crisp dry air of fall. I'm sure it will come while we are in Florida.

10 minutes actually. After last winter I'm thinking of getting one of these for getting around.
