I've got two barriers to entry. The initial price, and DW. If I can lower the first, that takes care of the second.

DW and I had talked about DVC off and on, but then we went on our family re-union trip. My uncle had rented 3 3br villas for the whole family to come. I want to be able to do that for my extended family as I get older and I know that I'd likely never be able to do that if I didn't buy now.
