I made a nice little score on the way home today, I got a text from the liquor store saying the 7th person to show this text wins, well I was already in route and about 5miles away so I stopped and showed the text, I was #7 won a Margaritaville market umbrella and stand, I'll go a mile out of the way everyday for stuff like this:woohoo

Now if I could get some of the luck to rub off on saturdays tickets for the power ball, at least 10 of us will be set

Watching this makes me realize the NFL needs their real refs back ASAP.

OK, I am boycotting all Proctor and Gamble products. Why you ask? Their commercials during the Olympics thanking moms for all the success every child in the world has ever achieved. What about dads? Are we just chopped liver?

Granted, they go through that whole birthing thing but they have the option for drugs. What do we get? Nothing. They get to hang around the hospital while we have to go to work.

Yea sure moms are important but what about us?

DW complained about the opposite. At the Spring performance, the dance company seniors are given a solo(if they choose), fair well performance. A narrator reads a prepared written statement shortly before their performance. A girl thanked her dad and DW griped the whole way home about it.

I hope so, I have noticed a trend in the 3 rounds, every time it is my turn the Jackpot is way up there, if we don't win Sat, I think I'll come up with something where we can pick #'s and put them together as tickets but no one picks the whole ticket it will be random #'s from all the guys in the pool lumped together, it seems complicated but I've had luck with this in the pick 5, I've hit 4 #'s 3 times in the last 2 years, so there might be something to it

Finally, someone else willing to pick own numbers. The group shot down my idea of numbers and went with QP only. I'm not as lucky as you, but I win a little every now and then.

Just from what I can tell in a few pages back it looks like there are dads, and at least one daughter, still prepping to run around Disney in January. Bacon still comes in other variations. Post padding continues. So, not much has changed.

Well, since I cut my own hair, I enjoy the feel of it when I am done, but it is a lot of effort. Now, if I had some hot girl cutting my hair, then yes, I would really enjoy it. I dated a hairstylist who said she used to lean in and brush her against the male customers for bigger tips. (Double entendre not intended).

You must have been watching the Cleveland v. Detroit game.

I was starting to think they were Detroit replacement refs because Cleveland had like 6 penalties before they even called one on Detroit!

It's been wide spread.

I was actually watching the Giants game. It was farcical. Twice a receiver in the end zone had one arm grabbed while going for the ball and no flag. These were easy pee wee football calls.

Then they spotted the ball wrong by four yards and finally they did not know the rules on running the clock after a penalty.

In the NFL, where every game matters and there are enough bad calls with real referees, this is a huge problem.

DW was in an accident an hour ago or so...they seem all fine, paramedics checked them out. I ran home and saw the damage. If I'd been in the car, I'd of been banged up good. Apparently the guy ran through the stop sign and got us in the passenger side door. Kids are pretty shaken up, I brought then home (it was only a block away where it happened) Jo is still dealing with the towing details etc.

Just when it looked like we were comming out ahead.....

OMG!! I glad to here everyone is ok. People need to pay attention while driving. Hopefully insurance will take care of everything without too much trouble.
