Hey Fed! Whatever happened to the unlucky person who decided to make unauthorized charges to your credit card? popcorn::

Anybody reading the new Kingdom Keepers book yet? I downloaded it from Kindle the other day and am maybe 1/4 through it. Not bad, but the last few haven't been near as good as the first 2, IMO. I'm just not as into this one. :confused3 They've got so many characters in it anymore that it feels like it keeps jumping around and it is a little bit harder to follow. :confused3

I am getting ready to start 3. Reading 1 to the girls now. Can't wait to get them on IASW and remind them about the part in the first book. t may be one of the last times I have to ride it 3 times in a row :lmao:

I've listened to all of them in my car. I thought they were ok but not as good as I'd hoped. Seems like the kind of story that may actually be better as a tv series or movie than a book. I like the concept and all of the references to Disney stuff that people like us might understand, but I think the writing is actually a little weak.

We were in the same boat. Never really got into them. The books, I mean, not a boat.

Not a lot of offense on the first full day of baseball. Innings playes so far: 28, runs scored: 2.

Like the IASW RIDE. Never read the books.

Morning guys....

Thanks all or the birthday wishes, think it is going to be a good and fruitfull day :thumbsup2

Later !

Happy Birthday (late).

Great pics, Norm! Thanks for the report. Need to add it to my list!

It is laid back and a lot different than Disney without the parks. DW read somewhere where Disney agreed to not over Disney the resort when they built in HHI. It is fun and has the hidden Mickeys, but it blends with the surrounding resorts.

Mine may go to Seton Hall because you didn't adopt her. If she does you may or may not want to mention her name when the girls apply. I'll let you know.

Looks like it was a great trip and thanks for the live TR. Glad you made it home safely. More for the family than you.

I said I would adopt her if you can get the paperwork to go thru in time.

So, here's some interesting info if you didn't already know it. Don't keep sand and sea shells in your van overnight. What a stink!!!!

A long day of laundry. All the clothes are now washed. The towels are in the dryer and then some blankets. The minivan is cleaned out and febreezed. The suitcases are put up. Need to unpack the kitchen sink still.

But, here is the payoff from that awful smell.

I soaked them in bleach. They look and smell better.

Opening day and the Cubs already have me looking for a sharp object.:sad2:

I am not having the trouble that others are having with slow boards!

Norm - never having visited a Disney resort outside of WDW leads me to wonder....

Was there enough activities to do, and things to see to keep you busy for the week?
How much of it was included with the price of admission, and how much is above and beyond?
Pricing it out, it looks like it costs about the same as a WDW vacation. Is it worth the $$$?

Looks like you had a great time, and the weather really co-operated. :thumbsup2
