Dang... 14 pages already?

I'll be back later to catch up.... I'll have plenty of time. Basketball season is over for me. :headache::headache:

Hate to see the Big East suffer, but I also worked for Iowa State and am a Cyclones fan.

Great weather we are having at least for the utility bills. Not so much for the crops. My nectarine and peach trees are between 1/2" green and full bloom and the apples are at 1/2" green. It has been hard to get all the sprays on in a timely fashion. Makes for an interesting publication when you try to explain the strange results.

Happy birthday Don!

Today is also my DW's birthday, so from that sample size it's obvious that only excellent people were born on March 16. :thumbsup2

I believe you mean "Purdon't":rolleyes1

Let's check the list...
James Madison, 1751
Henny Youngman, 1906 ("Take my wife...please!")
Jerry Lewis, 1926
Erik Estrada, 1949
Flavor Flav, 1959

Quite the group you've got there.

Hi Andy! How's "work" going today?

Just wanted to let you guys know there was an issue with Disney's dining ADR system. They did a software upgrade around February 23rd, and something went wrong. For sometime after that, the system would allow new reservations to be made, even if restaurants were at capacity. It sounds like 40,000 people could be affected, and Disney is calling each one to let them know what is going on. The bride of the wedding we're going to got a call about our Ohana reservation that the restaurant is overbooked, but they are not canceling anyone's ressies at this time. She was told to show up early and that they would do what they can. Which basically translates to "you might get seated late, if at all." I don't know if the exact dates affected, but I know Ron and Brian are going down at around that time - so I wanted to make sure you guys were aware of this.

I never thought I would hear Don, Ponch and Flav in he same sentence :lmao:

Dinner with the bosses is a good thing! Free food, and it means they like you enough to spend some free time with you (which is probably a good thing for job security). :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

I hope so. I figured it was better to accept their offer and be sociable than to politely decline and have it somehow be taken the wrong way...

Softball practice??? People practice for softball??? :scared1:

Our team is getting organized for spring league too. Can't wait, but I don't much care for throwing the ball around. That's why I play first base, so I just have to catch it.:thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

Well, since there's no other team, we can't call it a game, or even a scrimmage... so we use the word "Practice". It's usually just guys getting some swings in. I'm usually the only one working on anything rather than just fooling around. It's a good excuse to get outside and exercise though.

Just take a look back at the stats sheet. You'll see several threads where I took a break. Note the post counts on those. Yes, I'm competitive, but sometimes I just need a DIS break. I'm feeling one coming on. Have been for a little while honestly. Don't be surprised if it takes hold.

Well, if you feel the need... by all means, take a break. You've certainly earned it. :thumbsup2

I always heard the Monsters Inc. Coaster would go where the waste of space Narnia attraction is, between TSM and VOTLM.

It certainly makes more sense to have it in Pixar Place! I think I read once that it would be on the opposite side of TSM, down the other end. Can't remember where I read that. I am probably just making the whole thing up. :confused3

Is that how I got a dinner rezzie for 17 people at one table???

Uh oh. Sounds like we'll see if they truly have unlimited meat or not.

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 Taking her to the Cheesecake factory for dinner?

I'm taking her to a hole-in-the-wall pizza place. Luckily, it's her favorite. :thumbsup2
