yeah I heard about xPASS and its something we would use. It will probably be better for us to not have it though. We plan our vacations out a little to detailed as it is.

I also heard reports that the new fast pass enforcement is going horrible. The FP line for space mountain is currently past TTA today.:scared1:

:eek::headache::eek::headache: Wow.

Just looked at TP line app... BTMR.... closed, SM just closed 8 minutes ago... POTC closed an hour ago... sucks to be at MK today... lol

Just saw this online:

An estimated 1.65 million pairs of eyeglasses have made their way to Disney World's lost-and-found bins since 1971. Every year, the park finds an average of 6,000 cell phones, 3,500 digital cameras, and 18,000 hats.

Crazy. Almost lost a backpack one year :lmao:

The CR monorail station ate a pair of my gloves once...

Another Great Job, Don! :thumbsup2

(I did that in Paris. Went though security put down my bag to gather up my metal and left it there. It was still there when I got back.)

Ouch... even worst when it happens in a foreign land! Glad they didn't think it was a b o m b

My dog ate my homework ................................. Alot!

I asked your dog about that...

Most likely the unwanted attention of teenage kids "having fun". :headache: At least now you can say you drive a spicy car :lmao::lmao:

it's clean now. the frustration has subsided and now I can't say "sauce" without laughing. From now on, I'll be asking car dealers what flavor the cars come in.

I haven't seen any discussions about this subject so I thought I'd bring it up. Have you heard of the rumored "xPASS" system? Do you think you would take advantage of it (if it actually gets off the ground)?

So how exactly is Disney World's new xPASS system supposed to work?

In theory, I really like this for rides as opposed to FP system. For fireworks and parade viewing?? i think that might be too much. Just keep it to rides and meet and greets.

Ummm, what have you been doing in the other neighborhoods?

not a thing... as far as you know. :rolleyes1

I lost a hat on splash mountain. I left my sunglasses on Kilamjaro Safaris. during the CP I got to walk through Splash Mountain when they had drained it and were cleaning it out. There was A LOT of stuff that people lost.

Hello Guys! Happy Friday!

It's been a busy week around my house, and spring has definitely sprung! Almost time to get out and start doing a little in the yard - but not quite yet. Our crocuses have started to bloom, and the tulips are breaking out of the ground starting to shoot up. Wow. The winter that really wasn't is just about over. :)

Hey, I know that some of you like to cruise, and some of you might even be considering a cruise yet this year. Anyone ever been to Bermuda? Well we'd love to have you along on a sailing in October, if you have the time, resources and any inclination. RCI and my franchisor put together a nifty deal for us to share with anyone who might be interested. I already mentioned in on our FB page, but you can learn about it here if you have any curiosity about it at all. It's not DCL, and it's not WDW, but it might be fun to sail away together. I'm still working on putting together a Dis Dad's cruise for later next year or or in 2014... but I thought I'd put this out there just in case any of you are looking for something non-Disney to do yet this year and can't quite afford the DCL pricing.

Gotta run for now. But as ever, I'll be back.

Afternoon fellas :cool1:

Hey Dave.

I also heard reports that the new fast pass enforcement is going horrible. The FP line for space mountain is currently past TTA today.:scared1:

I hate it when they change things for the worse.

You don't know the half of it, they will be here for 5 weeks.
Also, since they are flying here, that means I do not have to fly us to Malta this summer, which would have been about $6000 in plane tickets, meaning no Disney this year or next.

Well, there is a bright side.

FP was a good thing, initially, so maybe this can be. But, once it works, then they'll change it.

Watching BBall. Syracuse and Kansas go down? Now watching a very boring UM/FSU game. Tomorrow Florida plays Kentucky. Care to bet Norm? Sorry, I may have been born at night but it wasn't last night.

Does anyone know how long it would take to drive from Orlando to Plant City FL, I see there is a place called Dinosaur World my son would like, has anyone ever been there:confused3

I have driven that before Ron. It's about an hour or an hour and 15 min. Never been to Dinosaur World, but the drive is pretty easy.

Thats not bad, I'm going to have to debate going to Seaworld or Dinosaur World the 1st day:confused3

Hey Ron - I may be changing my DHS day...

Where you going the morning of the Aug 25th? Do you want to do JTA day that day at rope drop?
