Darn I'm going to miss you by a few hours, we are heading home that day

On a side note, my fishing buddy died yesterday of his cancer. 10 days from diagnosis to final resolution..:sad1::sad1:

Really kind of tearing a bunch of us up...

We're towing our boats and leaving one rod on the deck for the funeral procession.

Sorry to hear that. Tough loss and so quickly. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Love the funeral procession idea. That's a great idea. His family will appreciate that honor.

This weekend was a big "cross-over" weekend for many of our local Cub Scout Packs. Next weekend is another one. Between the two weekends, our Troop will be getting 32 boys. I'm looking forward to meeting them all very soon.

My son's 2nd Webelos meeting tonight. We are making progress on the Pinewood derby car. Unfortunately, I have a meeting that Saturday so I will miss it. He won't win (not very aerodynamic) but has had fun making it. He is now the proud owner of his own coping saw and selection of sandpaper.

I just got back from my Cub Scout Pack's (#88) Blue and Gold Banquet. As the organizational representative I was main speaker. I talked a little bit about one of their themes (preventing bullying) and focused on how one person can make a difference. Then I talked about several stories of one person's contribution to the world and got them to guess who I was talking about. I was trying to encourage them to think of themselves as unique persons who could make a difference themselves. As my last example I asked them who said, "I want to make a place where parents and their children can have fun together." And about 25 kids screamed out ... Walt Disney! (snif! snif!) I was so proud!!

How is everyone doing? A much better week for me this week. On vacation and just waiting for the little guy to come.

Got to make my ADR's for the August trip this year.:banana:

Got some good ones I think Let me know

Ohana Dinner--First time
Teppen Edo--First Time
Le Cellier
Biergarden--First time
Garden Grill.

We might have my in-laws with me too so this could prove to be an interesting trip if this happens.

I have one question, with having a new baby I do not have to include them in the dinning reservations do I? I did not think so since they are not actually eating but they do take up space.
Yes, include the baby. They are marked as "infant" in the dining ressie computers so they will have a high chair/sling ready and make sure the table is the right size.
Looks like some gooooood eatin' there too!

GG is a family favorite. The FIL loves the Biergarden but to me it is the Wurst.
::yes:: FreezinRafiki Approved. ::yes::

Ok so we went out tonight for DD's (9) Gotcha day, and had awful service. They lost our order, It finally came 40 min later. We go there quite often and have gotten to know one of the managers well. After she told us she was covering our WHOLE meal,We got talking about Disney and found out that she really loves Disney but has never gone to WDW. They are going in June, the same time we are but as we have not yet told the girls we were trying so hard to help her but not let on to the girls. She gave us her Email so DW will be helping out that way. Just the little we talked she has no clue what she is doing or the joys she is in for.
Love the Gotcha day idea!
Out of curiosity, where did you go that lost your order?

We're there until the 29th - we'll have to see if we can run into each other!
