The stop we caught them at they were only there for an hour. After we grabbed some groceries they were leaving at the same time as us. They pulled up beside us at the lights and started honking and waving at DS, at this point he asks if we want to play follow the wiener?
This was on top of his other two comments of:
"Oh my gosh, that's a huge wiener!"
and telling the guy handing out stickers
"I saw your wiener from way over there!"

I really think he is doing it on purpose just to mess with me.
:rotfl2::lmao::rotfl:

Just dropped in to ask for a few prayers, as I know you all come through.

I need prayers for my family especially my Step-Mother as my step-brother passed away last night at the ripe old age of 39. I say step-brother but as I grew up with him brother is more what he is to me.

My step-mom has now had to witness the loss of her second child with one more with the same condition as my other 2 brothers. I really feel for her as I could not imagine withnessing the loss of even one child.

I know a few prayers would help. The best thing is that he is no longer in pain and in a much better place.

I see many other dads are going through tough times as well and as I pray today and tonight i will also include everyone else in those prayers.

Have Great Day to all Dads
Sorry to hear this. Prayers for all involved.

We've done the same thing. Cow Chip Bingo!

LOL... It isn't called cow PIE bingo?
Actually, it may be cow patty bingo. Barry, can we get a ruling on this?
You want my nemesis in on a ruling that I'm involved in? :rotfl2:
As much as I hate to say it, Tim is right on this one. When they first drop and they're nice and fresh, they're cow pies - thus Cow Pie Bingo.

After they sit out in the sun for a few days and get all dried out, hard and crusty, they're called cow chips - and thus where the Cow Chip Tossing competitions get their name. Yes, there are competitions to see who can throw dried cow poop the farthest. There are many philosophies as to the best throwing motion, but the most popular seems to be a modified overhand frisbie type of toss.

CJ - NOW do you want to come to Wisconsin? :thumbsup2

LOL That is great! I passed the wiener mobile on the highway in Vermont a few years back. I couldn't stop staring at it. :lmao::lmao:
I don't doubt this one bit. :sad2:

Yes, we are known for taxes. But we are known for much better things than that.

Ever hear of PEZ?

Wiffle ball?

Foxwoods?

Mohegan Sun?

I was looking for more, but that's all I got.

So you have the 4 to 11y/o and senior demographics covered.

Ummmm....

Well..........

:confused3

TREES! Don't you have nice trees or something?

So you've got that going for you as well, keep up the good work!:thumbsup2

OH MY!!! Stop the presses! Fasten all seat belts, seal all entrances and exits, close all shops in the mall, cancel the 3-ring circus, secure all animals in the zoo....

DON- This should be front page material!!! :lmao::lmao:

Good Day, one and all, and for what it's worth 132 calendar days to retirement eligibility, but i ain't going yet.

But, it sure is nice to know you know can leave.

Just dropped in to ask for a few prayers, as I know you all come through.

Don't be so hard on CT, Tim. When I reach CT, I know I'm halfway to my brother's house. :thumbsup2

CJ - NOW do you want to come to Wisconsin?

You had me at the Wilderness Lodge-y McDonald's, and now THIS?!

all the magical staycations must come to an end Good luck back at work tommorow :wizard:

Night Norm. Sorry you have to go back to work, but hey, keep dreamin' about that retirement. The day'll come where you don't have to get up and go to work...

A great return day. I see an job posting for the exact same position I currently have. It is an additional opening. But, I notice the high end of the pay range is 2K more than I make. So, I call my boss and HR and ask if I can apply for that job, use my experience to get the 2K raise. Their answer was that would be a lateral transfer and I would have to keep my same pay.:headache: So, instead of working today, I caught up on the 100 pages of the commando thread. Peanut butter, Beverly.....

No update on the paycheck issue. Response I got initially was, "ok. we'll look into it." !

I was late to your original post. Say nothing. Read above.

Cool bit of trivia for everyone - Oscar Mayer's corporate headquarters is in Madison, Wisconsin. So every Weinermobile out there has Wisconsin license plates!:.)

All hail Barry, King of the Wieners.

I do what I can. :thumbsup2

I should get a commission from the Wisconsin Tourism & Visitors Board.

:headache::headache: What a bunch of Beverly. At least they're hiring for an additional position instead of your position.

All hail Barry, King of the Wieners.
I guess there are worse things to be called.:confused3

I am thankful to have my job, and they know they can get by with this Beverly due to the economy. I'll just have to factor in 2K of Disboards time at work now. Today was a good start.

I guess there are worse things to be called.:confused3

Sorry. I couldn't resist.

Good Morning Everybody!

Randy - great Weinermobile pics! Cool bit of trivia for everyone - Oscar Mayer's corporate headquarters is in Madison, Wisconsin. So every Weinermobile out there has Wisconsin license plates!:woohoo:
In case anyone was wondering, they are:YUMMY, OUR DOG, IWSHIWR, OH I WISH, WEENR, WNRMOBL, BOLOGNA, RELSHME, LIL LINK, BIG BUN, WNR MBLE.

As a fountain of useless information myself, I must say that nobody should know all the license plates for the various Wienermobiles.

Now having said that and seen the license plates, I will certainly be repeating this at some point in the future.

Bloody hell, that is really Beverly. It isn't right that companies and get away with this. And people wonder why workplace morale keeps dropping. :headache:

CJ, good point. I'm still trying to convince my 3 DDs that its romantic to elope to Vegas.

Good luck with that. DW keeps watching all those bridal dress /wedding shows. The girls ALREADY play "bride" etc, :headache:

and, of course, the UConn Huskies Men and Women's Basketball teams!

Just helping out Tim.

Just talked to DW, she called to say she won $1000 today in some sort of online/radio contest today. Not the kind of windfall to get us to WDW, but enough to catch up on a few bills and breathe a lot easier.:thumbsup2
