I've thought about losing weight and really need to do something. I'm going to exercise (the horror), but am not sure I'm ready to give up the food part.

I changed my diet only (no exercise) a couple years ago and lost 30 lbs in just over a month, simply by cutting out all the crap I was eating and portion control.

That being said, I have put most if it back on.

Yeah, it was really sad in earlier in the year, as Denver, the team that traded AWAY Carmello Anthony, actually was doing better without him. I know Anthony is a great scorer, but he is not a good team player. And, he is a terrible defender. And, not just terrible, but Charles Barkley TERABUL defender. Then, Coach _"Antoni is the worst about finding the missing D. But, if Anthony will work with Lin, then maybe the Knicks can win some games on offense for awhile, but certainly not on defense.

That's the problem. I don't mind exercise - when done in a basketball game, tennis, soccer, etc. I know if I stop eating and drinking the way I do, then I could lose weight; but just gain it back when I return to eating that way. The hard liquor diet did not work. I was disappointed.

I know we don't go to disney for another 11 months but what is everyone's favorite character dining? My 3 yr old loved the characters last time so we are looking to do more of these.

For a three year old, Crystal Palace for Pooh & friends and Chef Mickeys for the big 4 (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy) would be my "must do's"

The Clippers just picked up Kenyon Martin who was playing in China. He's a thug, but I like his game. The Clippers are loaded, even if Billups is hurt.

I changed my diet, but I did not change my drinking, beer, wine, or hard liquor. Obviously in moderation though.

my favorite is CP but get an ADR before park opens it is really nice walking down main st with no one on it .
and 1900 park fare was really cool with cinderella and step sisters

I figured it would be that. Thought about buying it and renting it for vacation dwellers? Know any travel agents that could help there?

We all bandied that idea around for a couple of months - as the reality is - none of the CA siblings want to live in it. He first bought it about 15 years ago, and we've all enjoyed it as a "vacation spot" throughout those years. No one seriously lived in it for any real length of time. We were going to rent it out and hang on to it, but over the past few weeks/month or so, the CA siblings have all decided it's best to just sell it and divide the interests rather than try to work together for an extended period of time. I see the wisdom in that, as the conversations are getting more and more tense all the time. That old saying, never do business with friends and relatives comes quickly to mind...
