I've seen this movie before, I know what lies ahead and I know there ain't a darn thing I can do about. I do know one thing, that was only the shell of the man I know and love in that chair today...:sad1:

Thanks for letting me vent

Aw man Mike, that's a shame. I take it that it is Ed M you're talking about? From what I've read of him on your FB posts it seems like he commands a lot of respect from your friends. Hopefully, even if it's only for a couple of hours, you'll be able to get him back out.

I know we don't go to disney for another 11 months but what is everyone's favorite character dining? My 3 yr old loved the characters last time so we are looking to do more of these.

Lots of choices

Chef Mickey's - Mickey and friends
1900 PF - Mary Poppins and friends (breakfast)
1900 PF - Cinderella, Stepsisters and Prince Charming
Askershus - Princesses
CRT - Cinderella and other princesses (in Cinderella Castle)
Tusker House breakfast - Donald and friends
Crystal Palace - Pooh Bear and Friends

Plus more

Yes...it's Ed.

We talked about it... briefly. Unfortunately I don't have the nearly $1M it's worth lying around to do so.

I figured it would be that. Thought about buying it and renting it for vacation dwellers? Know any travel agents that could help there?

You've come to the right place. Not only do my dds love the characters, but I do too. Assuming your talking about WDW:

#1 is CRT Breakfast - 5 princesses, free picture with Cinderella, and the best stuffed french toast for you
#2 is Akershus Breakfast - 5 princesses, free picture with Belle, and cold breakfast buffet and hot breakfast served family style
#3 CP Breakfast - Pooh Characters and great food
#4 Tusker House Breakfast - Great juice, Mickey, 2 other friends characters, and picture with Donald Duck

You may notice a breakfast theme. All these are in the different theme parks, so if you can make a reversation before the park opens, then you get in the park early, have breakfast, and then can be first to whatever ride you want. Four breakfasts in a row are hard on you as a parent if you don't like to get up that early.

Non-Theme Park Breakfasts
Cape May at Beach Club - Minnie, Goofy, and Donald and can get into Epcot through International Gateway (I like the food here, too)

Personally, CM, 1900 Park Fare, and Ohana Breakfast are all about the same for me. I really like the juice at Ohana, Alice and Mad Hatter at Park Fare, and CM, well, it's the only good meal there, and it has all Mickey's friends in chef clothes.

As for dinner, Garden Grove at Swan/Dolphin is my favorite. It is not on DP. 1900 Park Fare Dinner is ok food and has Cinderella, Prince Charming, and her step-sisters and mother putting on a show. Garden Grill at Epcot is served family style, nothing great, but if you go on the land ride, then you can see the ride as you eat. It also has farmer Mickey.

Who said anything about wanting you? We just wondered why it smelled so clean in the thread and we realized you hadn't been around! :rotfl2:

Well, it was nice for awhile. I think you all were the ones who trashed the place before I got here.

Another Thursday night ownage.

Why you always worrying about me? I am harmless...

I am Canadian, my posts have an exchange rate on them.

Well, the spread sheet is not recognizing the Canadian exchange rate. Take a look - Christopher, Dave, and Randall joined in Thread 1 and are the top 3. I joined in Thread 2 and am 4th. You joined in what, Thread 6, and are not 5th? I could try to catch Randall if I really wanted to, but just focusing on 4th place. ....... For now......

Now that you've joined us... it could be! ;)

I do have a 4 day weekend. :thumbsup2

So then for the ratio of posts, having been here the shortest - I WIN!!!!

Woooooo Hooooooo

basketball i do not know much but this kid jeremy Lin on the knicks is the talk of the town .

Any WWE fans out there going to watch Elimination Chamber this weekend ?

Haven't checked DVC resales. Need to go look. Be right back.

Looks like AK had some 85 point and 100 point contracts for around 6K and 7K respectively. That's not bad, but DW only cleared for more points at BLT, BWV, or BC.

i go to sleep go to work and OMG  23 pages later :cool1: nice

Yup. I joined at page 20 or so.

I've seen the highlights and he is on every ESPN show. But, he also led the NBA in turnovers over the last 5 games. I will be interested to see what he and Anthony can do together.

I was just looking over the Seseme Place events line up:scared1: So far they have 5 of 10 events listed, As of now 4 of the 5 I wouldn't see if they were playing in front of the 711 down the street:rolleyes1

I am excited about 1, In Sept Jack Hanna will be there, We have seen him many times now and he knows us by sight, so we get at the end of line and hang out for awhile think I'll ask him where I can see a live Platypus or at least find out why I can't find a zoo that has a live one:confused3

I've thought about losing weight and really need to do something. I'm going to exercise (the horror), but am not sure I'm ready to give up the food part.
