DIS Dads DDC XVI - Here because Fed allows it.

Well...2 kids...2 different appointments...3 surgical procedures for the future.

DS12 finally got his 2nd set of Braces...soooo...with his life-time maximum for ortho was wiped out with set #1...set #2 is all on us...not that the insurance helped much with the 1st set. Then he has 1 tooth that requires a procedure to get it to come down (1)...plus he will need his wisdom teeth cut out at some point (2). Poor kid...he's gonna hate dentist for the rest of his life...well more so than most people.

DS17 has cronic sinus infections...he had a several tests done for allergies... immune system...etc... all check out OK....well now we need to see an ENT doctor for a surgical consult (3)....well at least my medical insurance will cover most of this one.

So...Monday the 13th was momentus for us.

Well, that stinks. I'm probably going to be sharing this misery soon.

What is the obsession on this thread about post numbers, either for individuals or in total? It reminds me of a routine by Jeff Foxworthy were the guys at a family event stand around and compare travel times.

What is it about guys and numbers?

If we didn't keep score, how would we know who wins? Never mind that we've never actually defined a game, rules, scoring or what it means to "win", but that's never stopped us.
