‘Morning… I mean G’afteronoon all…

What’s up with folks getting their vehicles all bashed up? I’m glad to hear the no one has been seriously hurt. In general it sounds like everyone’s have a rather rotten Monday. I certainly hope that this foolishness come to a stop fairy quickly.
You are right... these idiots need to stop hitting into other cars or garage doors. :headache::headache:

Ouch :headache: I am glad to hear no one was seriously injured... but wow... that's crazy. BAD Monday indeed.
Yikes! It's just one of those days.
Hopefully Tuesday will come quickly. I have to bring Juliana to dancing in an hour... wish me luck. :rolleyes1:rolleyes1 :headache::headache:

Yikes. I remember those exhausted days, especially from just after Mikaela was born. There were days I'd be two hours into my work day and have this feeling like, "Wow. How did I get here today? I don't remember driving in."

Wish you luck nothing. I'm sending all my wishes to Juliana. See if Cj's daughter has a spare crash helmet she can borrow.
LOL... Christopher might need some luck too then. He has to go for the ride too.

That is scary. I've been feeling like that for a week. Christopher has been waking up every 1/2 an hour to an hour every night. I guess he doesn't like this teething thing. :sad2:

I’m like that today. Started off with a 7am dentist appointment (jaw’s still aching). Now I'm perplexed by the fact that it’s after 3:00 and I don’t know how I got to be where I am at the moment. Worse yet… I completely confused as to how it’s only 3pm ( I swear this day should have come to an end hours ago).

Ya’ might say I'm somewhat frazzled (but at least I haven’t wrecked any of my cars… yet… dang… just jinxed myself didn’t I?)

My rusted bumper didn't even have a scratch on it.

Figures

I can't wait to see the estimate. :sad2:

That’s… not going to be pretty. Hopefully it won’t be as bad as my imagination (and standard business practices) would lead me to believe.

Okay dads, lets slow down and take a deep breath and ease off the accelerator, let's be careful out there.

:)
We have the date nights at our CFA's in the Indy area as well. Usually in September or October. They're neat. A great inexpensive way to hang with your baby girl and make her feel special. Ours has a "photo spot", and brings out a limo and they'll take you & about 5 other dads and daughters out for a 5-10 minute ride. They make special balloons, and turn have the restaurant into "table service" with them coming taking your order and all.

That sounds like a cool idea. CFA does a great job of getting the customers in and retaining them. We are kinda a test site for new concepts here in Denver. Do you guys know if the grilled nuggets are available nationwide yet?

We ate there during our DL trip.

Ryan did you make it to In-N-Out while you were out there?

Afternoon Guys. DW got into a fender bender this morning, although now all cars are plastic and it sould be refered to as a plastic cracker. Everybody is fine except my wallet.:rotfl:
Glad she's fine, but I'm sorry for your wallet's loss. :lmao: I like the plastic cracker theory. So true. :rotfl2:

Thanks. You'll have to check out Andy's Trip Report for the origin of that picture.

(Andy - you're welcome for the TR plug. :thumbsup2)
:thumbsup2 Thank you!

So after being up with Christopher at 4:45am till 5:45am then back up with him at 6:15am, I decided today would be a great day to go get an oil change since Melody was going into work late. I pull up to the garage of the quick change and I lean over to unlock the passenger door since they give you a full service carwash after- vacuum, windows, etc... Anyways, I lean over to unlock the door when I look up my van is rolling forward towards the door. I tried to hit the break but my foot skimmed the accelerator first and I bashed into the door. The mechanic was standing at the door opening it and the door hit into him. He was ok and just received a bruise on his shin. The cops came and took a report and now I'm waiting to hear the estimate of the cost to fix the door. I have no idea why I didn't put my truck in park. Maybe I was just exhausted. Maybe I'm just an idiot. I hope the rest of my day gets better.
:headache: That sucks. It makes it even worse when you know it is something you could have prevented. Must be a good day to not even leave the house.

Is this in reference to our driving habits or our posting habits?

Come to think of it...BOTH.

I had to put on some Disney music just now. I woke up this morning at 2:30 on the dot...excited as a kid on Christmas morn. I leave for Orlando on Wednesday, business, but I have an afternoon meeting with a guy with the initials MM on Friday and a visit to HS on Saturday. Just myself!!! Ha haaa!!!!!!:yay::woohoo::yay:

I usually only missed parts of trips. My commute is about 15-20 minutes and there were a lot of days that I only remembered about 5 minutes of it.

Yes I did. We went while we were in San Diego.

It was an extremely enjoyable experience.

Yes, it IS one of those days.. story below.

I get to go to my first daddy/daughter dance as a guest not as the DJ on Feb 11th. I can't wait to tear up the dance floor with Juliana. The good thing is she is too young for me to embarrass her yet! :thumbsup2

Sorry to hear about her accident. Glad she is fine.

Excellent!

While you’re talking to you “business contact” in the afternoon, see if you can’t convince him that his organization needs to sponsor the upcoming DDC convention and to offer up a complimentary three or four day Park-Hopper while he’s at it.

DW just IM'd me to say that we got a Disney DVD in the mail today. She said as soon as the kids saw it they went off to search the house to see if they could find enough money that we can go. Man I really hope they find enough....We need to devise a way to shake our couch and invite more wealthy people over.
