Last time I went to The Hall of Presidents Reagan was the newest, I guess I should check it out again, if nothing else it would be a little nap

I haven't been in it since Bush was in office.

It is a nice place to sit and "rest" for a while in the a/c.

I think it was Jimmy Carter for me. If I'm in that area and need a little rest I usually hit the Country Bear Jamboree. Those bears are much funnier than the presidents.

It's hard trying to keep up w u guys, small phone screen and am not able to view anything that is going on during the day. I feel that I miss a lot until I noticed that we are back to a jalapeño, on a stick. It is greatto see that I am not the only one that watches them( him), storage wars and other things that DW gets annoyed at. Although peanut is on her funny list.
Trying to keep our June trip a secret from DD's but finding it hard as we are always talking about it and our trip planner came today and DD(6) gets the mail. It is also hard because I think(know) that we both get just as excited as they do and that is starting to build and probably show.

You know.. If they would just go without the security and hoopla.. They probably would not even be recognized! Talk about keys to the kingdom!! Literally! I go and am never recognized! Everyone knows DisDads are celebrities! Most of the celebs do not look anything like they look on film! If Justin blueberry showed up he would probably need security in order to keep everyone from smacking him in the back of the head!!

Exactly - just show up dressed as regular people - keep the suit in D.C. - and blend in. Nobody would pay attention to the secret service entourage if they were all dressed in shorts, holding cameras and balloons or Mickey premium bars.

If they REALLY wanted to show they were like regular folks, they would go get in the stand-by line, not for Space Mountain, but for Toy Story Midway Mania, or Soarin'. Better yet, let 'em ride a Disney bus instead of the limos!

we have stayed at the contemp. twice the last two years and we love it but man, the $ for a room over there is getting to much. the poly. was a place tammy always wanted to stay at so, the poly it is. maybe in a few years we will spend a few nights at the grand just to say we were there. it really dont light our fire but it would be the only we havnt stayed at yet.

I guess, except didn't they "revamp" the show when O arrived on the scene? I don't know. I have avoi... err not taken the time to go and check it out for a while. Like chill, I prefer the downhome charm of those rollickin' Country Bears when I need some good a/c on a hot afternoon.

I'll tell you, DW and I sure felt that we stayed there on on our honeymoon. We haven't been back since - I mean to stay, we've done meals there since, but that's it.

Ohhhhh the money they spend just to get from the white house to Dulles is ludicrous! It's a 20 min drive.. Or a $100000 helicopter ride if your mr Obama! I wonder if they will fly both AF 1 and all four helicopters to Orlando airport? Then take the magical express to Pop..

I actually am pretty non politcal these days. I have come to realize the only powers the president has is to preempt my TV veiwing pleasure, cause traffic jams when he is moving through my city and now I see he will ruin peoples day at the MK. Besides that he can't do much. The life long politicians, bureaucrats, and lobbyists (both union and corporate) run the show.
