Oh, and Scapple. I've heard whatever doesn't make the high standards for a hot dog gets made into Scrapple.
And the juice remaining from the scrapple process goes back into the hot dog.

Mark, I'm on your side.

Of course, this also explains why there isn't a Triple XXX near Northwestern. They couldn't come up with any menu items.![]()

Evening men. Taking a break from staining the fence. I would jump all over the Purdue discussion but it looks the almighty Rafiki has it covered![]()

What is going on this evening? I am pondering on starting to pack for the cruise...we are in the single digits now!!![]()

so... today during my lunch break I went to get a tire fixed that has had a slow leak. I stopped in at a semi truck tire shop near work that myself and co-workers have used to get tires patched in the past.
They said they could get me right in. They did and as I'm waiting the guy comes out from the shop and asked who has the green Chevy. He then proceeds to tell me that the lug nuts are so tight that he could only break 2 of the 6 loose with his pneumatic wrench that has 500 ft/lbs torque in reverse. He starts proposing all kinds of options to fix the tire without taking the wheel off the truck, but I didn't have time and really didn't want him tearing up my aftermarket rims or my new paint so I told him thanks, but I'd just take it back to the store that put the tires on a few months ago... if they overtightened the wheels, then it could be their problem.
I'm thinking if a tire shop that specializes in semi tires and has probably had to deal with overtightened lug nuts once or twice before can't get them loose, they must be pretty darn tight. By then I was just fuming and ready to lay into somebody, but thankfully I decided to wait and make the phone call to the other store until I got home.
I parked the truck in the driveway, got my lug wrench out and broke every lug nut on the truck loose by hand.![]()
So much for your fancy schmancy 500 ft/lb pneumatic impact wrench pal.![]()

You know, now that you mention it, maybe that was why they came off so easy once I got home.Did you turn all green first?

Actually, this is exactly what happened to us last year when we went the 1st week of December. It did open up shortly after they started selling the CP packages and we were able to get in where we wanted. However, we had done Le Cellier lunch as our CP package, so we lucked out there![]()
I guess this is why I'm surprised... we booked a Le Cellier lunch last year on 12/4 at our 180+10 window with no problems.![]()

I'm the short, tall, fat, skinny, balding, hairy guy... you can't miss me![]()
That was a close call... next time keep an eye out and you might see me. I'm the short, tall, fat, skinny, balding, hairy guy... you can't miss me![]()

You are just working hard. Need to have you over to stain my fence and some other chores.

Sure, why not?![]()
