I think my Steelers were reading the Dis Boards and saw our forum title. Cause they fell into it!!!Fell right into the trap. Please some one please tell me what just happened. :confused3:confused3

My analysis. Too many injuries on D line, RB, & Ben was hurt. But, biggest mistake falls to coaching as they played their safeties way too close. I didn't think Tebow could throw to win, but the Steelers out beat themselves.

I saw what happened lol but still cant understand how it happened. The Steelers should have won with 3rd stringers so I dont like to use the injury excuse..Ike stunk it up today.

Atlanta just got smashed. They were not prepared to play at all.

Took the family out this afternoon to see Tin Tin. That was a lot of fun. It’s kind of a cross between “Raiders of the Lost Ark”, “The Bourne Identity” and an adventure comic book that’s been set into motion. It made me think of (for those of you old enough to remember such) a movie length episode of “Jonny Quest”, but on some serious steroids (and unimaginably better animation). An adventure story wrapped around a mystery; two of my favorite types of film entertainment.

:thumbsup2

Will have to watch for that. I am old enough to remember JQ

You're from New York and embarrasses for the falcons?

I grew up watching the Giants, and I remembering wearing my shirt proudly after '86. After that though, we got Nintendo and I was always fighting with my 4 brothers over who got to be the Giants in Tecmo Bowl. So, eventually I chose another team. I actually started to follow the team, and at the same time, late 80s early 90s, they had some success. So, somehow I became a fan.

Hey all, you guys have been buys. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

I just got finished cleaning up from the birthday party. Was nice to have a family gathering only this year. Next year should be chock full of friends and stuff at some pizza giving bouncy house or something or other place. Lot's of extra food if anyone wants any ziti...

The party was Cars theme which went pretty well with all the gifts that he got. I would say that overall he ended up over 50 additional wheels this weekend.... The coolest I must say is the Ricochet RC car. Doing donuts in the living room was priceless. I'm exhausted... can't believe I have to work tomorrow, why couldn't he have be born MLK weekend?

I think I stayed on top of some of the posts, but I'm definitely lost with how fast this place is moving... so here's some parting thoughts :)

Glad the party went well. Perhaps we'll have a Cars themed party for DS sometime. (His first this April will be baseball mickey themed)

because DD's birthday follows so soon after the holidays, we've made it a tradition to have her party MLK weekend. She's having a princess tea party with her friends on saturday, and family is coming on sunday.

Haven't seen Tin Tin yet, but I thought I'd chime in by saying that I know the guy who does the voice of Barnaby. He's DD's BFF's uncle. (or DW's friend's brother)

...
We're big proponents of the 12 days of Christmas - meaning we don't tear everything down until after New Year's, generally closer to the first weekend following New Year's - or 10-12 days following Christmas. Traditionally the 12 days started on Christmas, and ran until Epiphany, or the traditional view of when the Magi arrived - (Disneyland was even celebrating Three Kings Day yesterday, which is big in Latin American cultures, which of course are very present in southern California). While we decorate the majority of the house for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving, we never get our tree until the 3rd weekend in December - so we never take our tree down until the first trash day following the New Year - which usually puts us to or close to Epiphany...

Have a great rest of your day guys.

When I was first married we celebrated the Orthodox Christmas which falls on January 7th. Mostly because we were broke college students and could hit the after Christmas sales, but also because it helped take the focus off the commercialism. Once the kids are out we will probably go back to that.
