Good luck with those eggs! That's one thing I just can't bring myself to throw out! Well, DH loves them too, so I had him hide them.

From reading about all you've been going through you deserve it. From one nurse to another.....relax & enjoy yourself before you start work because being a nurse is a rewarding but stressful job. 
I have about a week and a half before our cub scout campout which I am in charge of and I am sure that I will not be low carb that weekend, however I hope to stay as low as possible without missing out on all the fun. S'mores yum.
