I just got back from the health clinic. I'm still breaking out in allergic rashes so I got another steroid shot and a 3rd round of steroid pills. The nurse said that hot showers and stress aggravate the breakouts. How do I get rid of stress???

Speaking of stress, I am trying to determine how secure our wireless network is. The "wireless" light on our router will sometimes come on, even when I am not using the laptop and DS is not using the Wii. I just tried to look at the security settings, but I don't understand the options. Right now it says something about wireless network properties "open", no authentication, which has me thinking the network is NOT secure! Anybody have any advice?
