Remember that Stephanie is 10 days older than me and Elin is just a little younger than me. So you have your choice of mothers!!!! :lmao:

So far Stephanie is the only one offering a special day at WDW with a shirt and ears and parades and stuff. Care to offer something better? :rotfl:

Opps forgot about Jen, some are probably old enough to be her mom. Jen how old are you?

im 23

I just got back from the health clinic. I'm still breaking out in allergic rashes so I got another steroid shot and a 3rd round of steroid pills. The nurse said that hot showers and stress aggravate the breakouts. How do I get rid of stress???

O no Tammi--hope you feel better soon

I just talked to Deb--she is having a good time! They did a Fireworks cruise yesterday and enjoyed it. She said they heard about a tropical storm that is coming up so I told her I would look it up and give her some info..off to do that now!

No nagging, lots of love and no making anyone wear matching shirts!! :lmao:

I have no problem WEARING a shirt as long as I don't have to attempt to design/make the darn thing! And really, if Stephanie will take me for a special day at WDW I don't care if she nags me. :rotfl:
Maybe Stephanie should just be my nanny, then she can give me back at the end of the day! :lmao:

I think Jen, Becky and I are all pretty close in age :goodvibes

Oh, Tammi! I hope the shots and pills alleviate the rashes soon! :wizard:

Thanks for posting.... I'm so jealous, potential tropical storm and all! :rotfl:

Baby Noah Daniel is here! :goodvibes

He arrived at 1:35pm, weighing 8lb 8 oz and measuring 21 inches long! He and Amy are resting and recovering and will hopefully go home tomorrow afternoon. Alyssa and Matthew visited this afternoon and are very excited about their new baby brother!

Hooray!!! Sounds like things went well!!! Thanks, Jennifer, for posting this information!

That storm is still like 1700 miles away from Puerto Rico. They aren't projecting it to be a hurricane until Thursday, and they have no idea where it is going to go. I wouldn't worry about it for at least another week!

I've been sewing again....

This one for Emma for AK:

This one for Lizzy for Chef Mickey's to wear when Emma wears her Mickey Mosue Clubhouse skirt. I can't decide if I like the daisy buttons. I think I would like black & white better.

These are cute! I think I agree about the buttons, I think the Daisies get lost in the polka dots. The black and white would look great!

Amy is still at the hospital. Thank you all for the kind wishes and congratulations. Amy & Noah are having some alone time this evening. We expect them to be home tomorrow. Thought you would enjoy a sneak peek at what I am sure will be many more pictures to come ...

More to come soon. We are truly blessed!

--Kevin

Darling!!! Kevin and Amy, you are very blessed! He's adorable, and Amy looks wonderful, too! Congratulations!

Thanks for all the support about my weight loss. My kids have decided to add a little incentive...:lmao: :lmao:

I do know my kids love me. We are in a 13 week challenge to lose weight by the time my DDil wants to hire a photographer for family pictures.

She decided to really sweeten the pot. If I win, the kids will take to me to California Grill in March, no whining allowed, their treat. They will hire Fairy Godmother to come and watch the kids. If I lose, ***I*** am the Fairy Godmother and get to watch the kids after they have amped them up on sugar and cafenine. They will go to the dining place of their choice.

And then the side bet. The child who loses the least has to accompany me on one of my "special days" no whining. They have to wear the matching t-shirt, lighted Mickey ears hats, watch teh parades, the shows and see the fireworks. Hopefully a late night. I showed my son the Pirate and Princess party. He said he was going to make Nicole Richie look like she needed liposuction.:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

And so it's on!! We are going to use the starting weight last week from the Wii. All of our little bloated Miis. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

The shirt is going to say Making magical memories with my Mom....:rotfl:

I love the incentive!!! Good luck! We are rooting for you, Stephanie!

How fun!!!! You can do it!!!!

I forgot to tell you about my purchase the other day. I was strolling leisurely through Target and looked down in the video game case. To my surprise they had 2 Wii's in stock. It was a sign. Nicholas has been saving his money to buy one, so I got it. He wasn't with me. After I came home I asked him if he still wanted one, which he did. So I told him that I would pay for half of it, that way it would be a 'family' thing, and told him to go get me his money and I would go get the Wii. He did, and I got lots of thank yous and hugs for allowing this to happen. He went about his business and I went out to the van and brought the Wii in. He was thrilled, and so surprised! But the little guy is so smart. He says "well you didn't need my money to buy it, so can I have it back?" :lmao: Um, no, that's not the way this is going to work. So we got the Wii and the Wii Sports. I told him whatever other games he wants he will be buying himself.
How cool and way too smart!;) Maybe some Wii games would be good stress relievers?

After walking around town yesterday afternoon in the heat, humidity and crowds, I said to Bob "I wonder how much it would be if I canceled our August flights." I'm really worried how I'm going to stand Florida in August.
Did you try the icecube trick yesterday? I HATE the heat but actually tolerate it quite well at WDW-lots of places to cool off there.

I just called Mom. Ms. Selfish and her demons arrived yesterday, sans BIL. This is NOT July 11. Ms. Selfish decided to bring the girls up and stay WITH Mom so next weekend when BIL is off they can be home with him. Mom was washing dishes when I called, and then the babies woke up so she was going to cook breakfast for them. Um, HELLO? Mom has CANCER and is trying to build her strength back up to get ready for chemo! WHY is she cleaning and cooking?   Obviously I chose Ms. Selfish's name for a reason! My sisters are appalling. Truly. :headache:
Unbelievable!!!:sad2:

So I was doing this survey online for Disney Movie Rewards, and found it funny (and slightly embarrassing?) that we could check all of these things. I told Kyle that we have absolutely reached a "point of no return" as a Disney family! :rotfl:
 I would say yes to all too.

I know I've got my kids on the Disney fanatic path too when I was sewing last weekend Joe saw the pattern piece for the A-line top that makes the strap that comes over the shoulder-it actually attaches to the front piece so its a wierd shape and Joe says "this looks just like the shape of Florida" and he was right.:rotfl:

Love that!!!

Opps forgot about Jen, some are probably old enough to be her mom. Jen how old are you?
Um...she's young enough to be my DD as DH & I will be married for 24 years in September.

I think Jen, Becky and I are all pretty close in age
:scared1: Never really thought about it but I guess I'm old enough to be a grandmother.

These are cute! I think I agree about the buttons, I think the Daisies get lost in the polka dots. The black and white would look great!
Thanks! I'll have to hit JoAnn's tomorrow.

Alright everyone, time to get personal. How old are you?

I am 41 and John will be 43 July 26th

Bernadette forgot to say I like the outfits, and agree with Glynis the Daisy's get lost.

Thanks-it is more difficult than it should be to find good buttons. We used to have the coolest button shop in the mall near my office years ago.
