DDA Chapter 9

I have a question for all you computer/internet gurus here. This morning I started to get "MAILER-DAEMON" emails in my spam box... tons of them. They are all apparently from Russia and I have sent nothing from my email account. I have done a scan of both my computers and nothing is there. Any idea what is going on?

Also, change it to something other than just a word. You want a mix of letters, numbers and/or symbols. That makes it more difficult for anyone to hack it. Such as DDA4life

We got another surprise package this week...this time from Marci. :goodvibes

Please excuse the fact that Alyssa is once again wearing a nightgown. It seems that she's either in pajamas or a bathing suit this summer!

Marci sent both kiddos a little taste of Texas (a bandana, sheriff badges, and horse key chains that "neigh"). They're having a blast with their new accessories (though staging a decent picture has proven to be tricky)!

And, she picked out the cutest little plush fishbowl for Noah. I love it! Thank you so much Marci!!!

The charge for wegoshop is based on the dollar amount of groceries. You pay no upcharge for the groceries themselves. They shop at the store of your choice (or theirs if you don't specify). They give you the receipt so that you know that you paid exactly what they paid. You then pay the delivery fee. I believe it was a $17 delivery fee for an order up to $100 and $22 for $100-$200. We got $150 worth of groceries. She got exactly what we wanted and we even got an extra box of cereal because there was a sale 2 for the price of 1 so they picked up the free box for us.

I believe that gardengrocer you end up paying a premium for the food as well but the delivery fee is less.

I liked knowing exactly what I was paying for which is why I chose WeGoShop.
thanks Vicki I miss read it is 17 for shop and delivery
I like wegoshop as I will have a better selection of baby food this way

GLYNIS UPDATE

Just talked with Glynis. She just got home and will be on later tonight or tomorrow. She is fine. I didn't keep her on the phone so that she could handle stuff in her RL to get her to all of us sooner.

Thank you so much! I was truly worried about her!

Leighanna has lost her two first bottom teeth. But now it is the top front two that are loose. I am about to have a little girl with a toothless grin.:)
She is already practicing the song "All I want for Christmas are my two front teeth".
I am hoping they will be already in by then!:rotfl:

Becky knocked out her two front teeth when she was 2. She didn't get them back until she was 7. My dad loved teaching her the song "All I want for Christmas".

She was playing in the living room and tripped and fell on the coffee table. Of course, Chuck and I purposely shopped many, many stores for the right coffee table with all round corners so that our kids wouldn't cut themselves on a corner if they fell. Who knew that she would bang her teeth and knock them out? :confused3

Thanks Elin, we went back and forth on doing the deluxe or regular dining plan and trying to coordinate being able to attend events for the Mouse Fest, so I think the deluxe plan won for us hands down. Plus, I wanted to do a few more character meals. You cannot even believe how many lunches we spent on this meal planning!!! :lmao:

Our cruise portion is already paid for. Now we hopefully will get good flights on a ding with SW. We got a fantastic deal staying at Pop. I will buy this summer my park tickets, everything is falling in place.

We have shirts that we can wear again, plus will make a few more.
What was/how did you get the great deal on Pop, if you don't mind me asking? I need a backup plan if my waitlist doesn't come through.

We went camping this week-end and did some geocaching. I introduced my sister-in-law to it and she really seemed to have fun. She has a GPS for her car and was telling me about the "recalculating" so I thought it was funny reading about it here as I'm catching up.

That's a relief. I'm glad she is safe :thumbsup2

Yay! I'm glad that Glynis and Kristine are both accounted for! :goodvibes

They look good, Terry! :thumbsup2

Terry - A lot of those ADRs look VERY familiar! It sounds like you have lots of wonderful meals planned!

some weekends it does not pay to get out of bed...I am actually thinking of staying in bed next one.

We still have Mr. Ferret and I was trying to be nice to my family and make them cinnamon rolls this morning and my oven had a fire:rotfl2: I know I shouldn't laugh but we put it out with kitty litter and Jim's cleaning the litter out right now. The cobbler I made a couple of nights ago obviously left some combustible cherries so I could remember it.

Oh, my! :scared1: Sorry about the oven fire!
Is the ferret stinky?

Diva is staying overnight at our cousin's tonight. Mom and I are just sitting here. At least I can sleep in Diva's bed tonight. The floor isn't much better on my back than the loveseat.

I just read a scathing report of bus service at SSR. :headache: Someone else was kind enough to post that the buses at AKL are bad, too. Ugh. I had decided not to rent a car. Well, I had decided that, but I still have one reserved. Looks like I have some more pondering to do!

It ended up that Stephanie had a post card with a code. She called and the "Price was Right" !!!!!!:thumbsup2

This was over two months ago. Naturally, we snapped that up right away.

Lucky ducks!

Glad to hear that Glynis is home and everything is ok. Thank you Vicki.

 glad it wasn't serious.

Lucky ducks!

One way or the other, we were going to do this trip, but when everyone kept talking about post cards and codes, she decided to check and we were so very lucky.

I had even checked and no code was associated with my name. She even got a great rate with either her AP or AAA for the two nights before our cruise. All in all ---it was good.

Amy its fine that Alyssa is in her pj's, they are comfy and besides she's young yet.

Well we never did get the storms they were calling for. Of course now that I have posted, they'll start.

This rental car thing is going to send me over the edge. If anyone can figure out how to get the incredible rates that people on the Transportation board get from Alamo will you PLEASE walk me through it step by step? Using the same codes and the same length of rental on the same type of vehicle my price is double what they are getting. I have juggled pick up and drop off times - no dice.

Fyi - Bookings Begin Tomorrow For The Candlelight Processional Dinner Package!!!!!!!!!!!!
