Any color suggestion? My dress is ivory; some are telling me to get the silver, others say just get the white. My jewelery is silver...here's the dress just in case anyone has any suggestions! http://s45.photobucket.com/albums/f... Dress/?albumview=slideshow&direction=reverse
My student played a wonderful program for her Senior Recital. It included everything from a Chopin Grande Valse Brillante and a Rachmaninoff Melodie through Debussy and even more contemporary pieces by Eugenie Rocherolle and David Lanz.
I was honored to be presented with a gorgeous armful of lavender roses and purple hydrangeas:
It's been a great couple of days! It is hot, hot, hot!!! Not my kind of weather but we are surviving. The trip has been fantastic so far. I don't know if Kristine has been on yet today but you aren't going to believe this. Kristine and I ended up in line for Dumbo together today. Not only that but we were in line DIRECTLY behind them. There was no one in between us. What are the odds of that? She got to meet my mother, sister and her kids. My girls are very upset with me because I didn't introduce them. As odd as it sounds, I just assumed that the girls knew her. I forget that we met when the girls weren't with us. I'll do a trip report but had just a few minutes to check in! We are doing well.
Yes... she has two years of college under her belt in Illinois and then took a year at WDW in the CP. She loved it so much she decided that this was where she intends to make her life. Makes sense to go to a school that has a reputation as well-respected as UCF!

I looked for the security guard inside Target but I didn't see him. I walked around for a minute, then went back to the front to see if the SUV was gone. It was. Which is good, because I was going to have to take some sort of action if the dog was still locked in there.
Elizabeth, I think anyone who leaves a child or animal in a locked car in the heat, should be locked in one also.
Disney on Travel Channel tonight.
WDW behind the scenes - 8:00 pm EST
Samantha's Favorites - 9:00 pm EST

ETA: I guess I should take back what I said about my families "cutting back" this year. Jordan and her family certainly didn't!
At first I would say white, but with the detail on the bodice the silver might be cute. Did you decide if you were getting that colored underskirt?
I'm leaving the crinoline as is. The detailing on the dress is clear and mirrored-like beading - so the silver shoes would probably work better. I just don't like the "shiny" silver. I'm not sure if they are dyable.I personally would not go with white beings your gown is ivory. I like the gold, but if your gown has silver in it(I can't tell)I would go with that.
I forgot how beautiful your gown is!
Ah!I think we are going to do the photo session at SSR the morning we check out of there. We aren't really doing anything until later that day, so might as well. Our breakfast ADR isn't until 10:45 AM so we can do the photos, get a cab to move us to WL, and probably get checked in before it's time to eat. If the room is ready we can drop the bags in there, if not we'll check them at Bell Services. Now the problem is WHAT TO WEAR?![]()
MORE clothes for the suitcase now!

At this point in time I could use a trip just to get away from the sadness that is family right now.
While my cousin is having her baby today (yes this time she is in labor) I have found out that yet another uncle is extremely sick and not expected to make it much longer.

Congratulations. I hope all are doing well.My cousin had her baby, its a boy 7 lbs. 10 oz. 21" long
