At first I would say white, but with the detail on the bodice the silver might be cute. Did you decide if you were getting that colored underskirt?

It is affiliated with UCF by the fact that Harris Rosen president of Rosen Hotels, decided to partner with UCF. He wanted to partner with a University to create a world class hospitality and resort college/program. He chose to partner with UCF since they are basically within the tourist capital of the world. Have one of the highest number of hotel rooms in the world.

Harris Rosen donated money to help create the program and to build the gorgeous Rosen College of Hospitality management. The actual Rosen College is not located at the exact location of this hotel but is nearby.

Elin your daughter's friend is going to the Rosen school of Hospitality management.

Thanks for the clarification, Becky. Neither daughter has a friend there though. Liz (TravelLiz who has posted on here occasionally) has a daughter who has applied there after having spent the past year in the CP at WDW.

My student played a wonderful program for her Senior Recital. It included everything from a Chopin Grande Valse Brillante and a Rachmaninoff Melodie through Debussy and even more contemporary pieces by Eugenie Rocherolle and David Lanz.

I was honored to be presented with a gorgeous armful of lavender roses and purple hydrangeas:

and then floored by this Waterford Biscuit Jar!

ETA: I guess I should take back what I said about my families "cutting back" this year. Jordan and her family certainly didn't!

Have you tried them on? My wedding shoes pinched my toes. And nobody really sees your shoes other than when you take off your garter, so I say go for shoes that feel good first, then decide what color you want!

So Chloe was in the CP first, now she is applying to UCF? I am always interested in these things in case DS wants to go that route.

Yes... she has two years of college under her belt in Illinois and then took a year at WDW in the CP. She loved it so much she decided that this was where she intends to make her life. Makes sense to go to a school that has a reputation as well-respected as UCF!

It's been a great couple of days! It is hot, hot, hot!!! Not my kind of weather but we are surviving. The trip has been fantastic so far. I don't know if Kristine has been on yet today but you aren't going to believe this. Kristine and I ended up in line for Dumbo together today. Not only that but we were in line DIRECTLY behind them. There was no one in between us. What are the odds of that? She got to meet my mother, sister and her kids. My girls are very upset with me because I didn't introduce them. As odd as it sounds, I just assumed that the girls knew her. I forget that we met when the girls weren't with us. I'll do a trip report but had just a few minutes to check in! We are doing well.

Elin I can so relate to this! I am not complaining much now beings Gary is remodeling. But I am the one who does all the dishes, laundry, ect. around here. I get so aggravated that no one thinks they need to help The boys do mow the lawn & occasionally Gary will surprise me by doing the dishes. The boys is my own fault for letting them get away with it, but a helping hand once in a while would be nice.

At this point in time I could use a trip just to get away from the sadness that is family right now.

While my cousin is having her baby today (yes this time she is in labor) I have found out that yet another uncle is extremely sick and not expected to make it much longer.
