You all are killing me with the chit chat:faint: I read but don't have time to respond individually.

Emma and I need to shower and clean the funk from field day off. We had a nice day, warm and sunny and not too much humidity. We also need to throw together a bag and eat before we head out.

Have a great night and I'll check in sometime tomorrow.

Glad DS had a good time. :scared1: Crazy kids!

Fabulous news for your mom!! :yay: :yay: and :wizard:

If I was willing to give up on that waitlisted night at AKV we could be finished once and for all, but I am not to that point yet. :rolleyes1

Sounds like a plan! Thanks! :)

Yay!! :yay:

We just got in from bowling. DS really enjoyed it, so I am glad we went. They told us they will not put bumpers up for kids over the age of 8! But DS did OK without them. He and his friend bowled almost the whole 2 hours. The other kids got bored and wandered off, and some of them got kicked out for damaging a game in the arcade! It is a DARN good thing none of those kids rode with me or they would have been in massive trouble. We seemed to have WAY more kids then parents - there were only 5 moms, and about 25 kids. And DS was the only one I was in charge of.

I told DS I switched part of our ressie to WL and he is excited. I hope I don't end up changing it again! :rotfl:

Oh, and some VERY good news...
My mom phoned and said her uterine biopsy was benign again! They have told her she will NOT need a hysterectomy, just a D&C. She meets with the surgeon Monday for her consult on the breast surgery.

One last thing...

Tammi, Elin and Marci- I would love to join you all with Emma if it's during the week. We leave Friday evening for the lake with our friends. So you all decide on a time and I'll work it in if I can :goodvibes

I often wonder that!!!

Mine don't often stop and Elizabeth's seem to turn more than mine even do so I'm going with no. (Mainly cause we're wedded to value resorts for now so I'm limited there.)

Woohoo!!!! That is great news, Elizabeth! I hope the consult on Monday goes just as well.

Glad DS had a good time.

I started my first ever trip report...the link is in my signature.

Only a few odds and ends to pack for the kids when they get home from school...and I need to give the house another quick scrub...and then we are READY!!:cool1::cool1:
:dance3: :yay: :yay:

I hope you all have a wonderful time!

I'm glad DS liked bowling, and that he was not one of 'those' kids. ;)

I can do any weekday too. I'm thinking we would take the VRE in, so I don't have to fight traffic. The kids will be out of school and I will be on vacation!

Elizabeth-I am so glad this report on your mom was positive...hoping they all go that way!!

DS knows better than to be one of those kids! :rotfl:

Elizabeth, I think you should quit being a nanny and become a Disney travel agent. :duck:

Nope. Doing my own stuff is fine, but I don't want to be responsible for doing other people's stuff. I don't mind helping other people plan, but I wouldn't want them to blame me if the trip didn't turn out to be what they thought it would be. The local AAA agent used to be a nanny, which is kind of funny.

Thanks!
How is your wrist feeling today?
Have you heard anything from the resumes you sent out?

cruddy (I am trying to use a little less pain med and it's not working!! So I just upped it back)and zip on the resumes:confused3

Aren't Fridays great!

Did she ask you how big the pin was. I couldn't find a very small box.
She did! She said "are you sure it's just a pin?!" and I told her yea...that's all I asked for. But I got a great surprise when I got a mickey mouse rice crispie treat too! :thumbsup2 Thanks! (Where do you want me to send the check?)

Bummer. I hope your wrist starts to improve and that you get a call back soon! :wizard:

Glad ds had a good time bowling! Wonderful news about your mother :dance3:

Thanks!

DH won a bid for a route today. :thumbsup2 He will finish out his current term in the "specialist" position, then he can decide if he wants to go to his route or keep being a specialist. Which is odd to me. If he keeps being a specialist then somebody will have to cover that route. But the program is structured to allow the guys to win a route and have that route held for them until they decide they don't want to be specialists anymore. Weird.

If I was a travel agent I would sit and think about the clients plans. Then I would think of something better, so I would switch it. So I would have to call and tell them I switched it. Then I would think of something better than that. And by about the 5th change they would be so confused they wouldn't have any clue where they were staying or where they were eating or anything else, and they would tell me they don't want my help! :rotfl2:

COOL!!!!!

I never realized (or have forgotten-my memory is lousy lately) how close in age Kirsten was to Lizzy and Anne Marie's Daniel and Beth's Myles-they must all be within a month.

:cool1: Yay for good news on your Mom!

:cool1: Yay for fun bowling and having a DS who's a good boy!

DH brought Emma a field trip to a farm last week and they almost didn't have enough room/car seats to bring the kids back to school. Can you imagine just dropping your 4 to 5 year old off and not knowing how they were getting back to the school? DH had 5 kids in his car (well my car actually) and a teacher.

Emma's hat arrived today. She was SUPER excited to get a package. She LOVES it and it is so super cute on her! I'll have to take a picture. I like it better than the 9 West one!!!! I asked her if she remembered Elizabeth and then I said the one who took us on The Great Movie Ride and of course she did. Then the kids asked if we were going to see you and DS (Lizzy asked for him by name) and when I said yes they were like this: :dance3: :tigger: :donald: :figment: :dancer: :dancer: :dancer:

Elizabeth, I think you should quit being a nanny and become a Disney travel agent. :duck:
NO WAY! Imagine if they didn't do what she told them to do.:lmao: Imagine if they didn't know what ADR's they wanted at 180 days.

I know I couldn't do it. Chanon must be very special!!!!
She did! She said "are you sure it's just a pin?!" and I told her yea...that's all I asked for. But I got a great surprise when I got a mickey mouse rice crispie treat too! :thumbsup2 Thanks! (Where do you want me to send the check?)
Hope the MM rice crispie treat still looks OK. It had melted a bit while I was waiting for ME-it was almost 100. Isn't Goofy cute!!!
