What do you guys think?

WOW Can I come?????? huh huh????

Have you guys seen the video of Turtle Talk, with a behind the scenes look at how it works? It's a really great video, if you're interested! It's got a complete show (which might be the best I've seen), as well as video clips during it of... "backstage" :)

That is how I have done it for years too, Vicki. Now the only person who really needs my help with packing is Bob... :rolleyes1

I finally got Chuck to do his own packing as well. That took a lot longer than the girls though. He gets his own packing list now as well.

Wow! I can't believe you're so close! You'd better get packing or Elizabeth might have a heart attack. ;)

I'm a bit worried about that! Maybe I should just invite her to come do my packing. Do you think the fact that Katie and I are only taking one suitcase combined will throw her over the edge?

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I think it sounds like the trip of a lifetime for both you and Katie!!!

Glynis-you are going to all my favorite spots!! I wanna come!! Enjoy your time and please, take it easy!!

I am not sure I will ever do another xmas party...of all of the different parties I have gone to, I found these to be WAY too crowded. I was amazed that they all seemed to sell out last year. The first year we went, it was so pleasant and uncrowded

I am in agreement with you on this, Kristine. We probably won't spend the money to do any of the parties for a very long time. It is just not worth it to us anymore. Now, if there are ever any little kids with us on a trip in the future... all bets are off! ;)

Glynis - your last post was a couple of hours ago, so I am hoping that means you are hard at work! ;)

so I lost motor control of my left hand briefly last night...
I have an appointment for later this afternoon. The trauma nurse told me there wasn't much they could do that I wasn't already doing if it was just a sprain...I just want to make sure that's all it is. Typing one handed is oh so much fun!!:rotfl2:

Yes but you are arriving late at night and going full tilt the next day. What about jet leg and the time difference?

We are doing a lot! I worry about that, but figure we'll have the plane ride home to sleep.

you actually do better adjusting and jet lag wise if you do go full tilt the first day (supposedly). Coming home is the killer

Looking at our dining options for December - we may have to pay for a meal OOP. Has anyone ever used the DDP for their meal but paid OOP for the kids? Or vice versa? Denise, I think maybe you have done this, if I remember correctly.

Hope your wrist is better soon, Theresa!

Hi there. Since I can't talk Elizabeth in to changing her dates to be there when we are, how am I coming on my plea for people to join us on the cruise next summer? I really think you, Dana and the kids would love it!

I just know Kristine and her family will love their cruise and want to go on a longer one, so I'm reminding her that if she books on board, August 1, 2009 Eastern looks like a good one! ;)
Ahhhh..now how cool would that be if we could get a few of us together on a cruise!

Hope its ok now.

I have paid for the kids OOP & used the adult meal credits for Dana & I. Some waiters are fine with it & give you 2 bills, some make a huff about it. Just let them know when you order how you are paying.

I think you might need a vacation afterwards, but it sounds like an absolutely perfect trip! You're seeing so much! :yay:

I agree!

It's a good thing that we are going to my parents house for the last 2 weeks of June. I'll be able to recuperate from my vacation!!!

How are you feeling?

cross your fingers that Bill will like it...he's the one that is worried about it. the whole Poseidon Adventure thing :rotfl:

I'm afraid I'd be just like Bill. I worry about things like that!

That's what I'm hoping! We've been having a lot of mother/daughter strife, and I really want to get back to the relationship that we used to have.
