I have the lesser of two evils...the deep bone bruise....I've got the splint for another couple of days...and he resplinted it so it does feel better tonight.

there is something else that transpired on the way home.....I don't/can't go into it...I just would covet pixie dust and prayers this way.

Deb, I need a lesson on PhotoImpact again. I have a background and a Mickey Head outline. I want to get the background in the Mickey Head (instead of it being transparent). How do I do this?

Make the inside of the Mickey head a color, make sure it is not cut out. Then you can copy your image in a separte window and insert the image into the inside of the Mickey Head like you did with the photos for the passport. I hope that makes sense.

Thanks Tammi. Since we are staying DVC, I'll have free internet access so I'll be around. I didn't do as much as I wanted to but I think that I have done enough to make it extra special for them.

Yes, that makes sense. My problem is I made it transparent. I think that is what I have to fix. Thanks. I'm working on a design for all of us. We have just the one design because it will be too hot for tees and I didn't find good tanks. I am making one more tshirt for each of the kids. Star Wars for nephew, and HSM for niece.

Save the file that you are working on as a .jpg. Open a new window and insert that .jpg file. That will give you a white background vs. transparent.

Good morning.

It is going to get HOT here. Low 90s today and then pushing 100 throughout the weekend into next week. What is up with this bizarre weather???

In Fairfax, where I work, the storms were horrible. There was a tornado that touched down up in the Tysons/Rt.7 area. My presentation was at 7 and I had only about a 1/3 of the people show up. Power was out all over the place, trees and lines down everywhere. Bob was here with the kids. The power flickered a few times but wasn't out for more than a few minutes. I stayed on the interstate coming home because trees/lines/signals were down all over the place.

I am glad you got home safe and sound.

There are quite a few attendees at our convention from the Northern Virginia and they were all on their phones yesterday assessing damage at their homes.
