I hope you both (and Mom and Dad, too) have a wonderful day!

(Thanks for letting me scraplift Beth

Wonderful news! Have a fun weekend!
I have one question...do you recommend dressing up? (Janet - more swan pictures! )
Janet, the living room set is lovely! I really like the couch. It's similar to one of ours, but I like the shape/style better. Great taste!![]()
Elin, congratulations to your whole family. You guys did a beautiful job raising those girls, and they have certainly given you something to be proud of! Enjoy your weekend together celebrating!
Great job for Katie. She sounds like Alyssa, very into drama. I'm considering putting her into a drama camp this summer. There is one for a week, 3 hours each morning, culminating with a show on the last day.Good morning!
Last night we went to Katie's theater show. She sang & danced. I asked her afterwards how she felt up on stage & she said "I love it!". Unfortunately I forgot my camera. Now we are done with theater until September. We looked into the summer camp but #1 it was $2400
& #2 it ending with 3 shows August 17-19 & I am not cutting any days off Disney for anything. She was fine with it..she likes to sit on the beach all summer & do nothing but read & tan.

Happy Birthday Cassidy!
Elin thank you for posting the tea pictures! Did you all order a la carte?

Elin, this brought tears to my eyes. I only hope to be saying this when my children are their ages. Thanks so much, Jennifer. You are very sweet to say that.![]()
I am proud of their accomplishments but truly think of them as theirs! I think Bob and I did a good job in laying the foundation work, but the two of them have far surpassed and dreams I might have had for them when I held those little babies in my arms so many years ago. As I have said before, if they were not my own daughters I would want them to be my daughters' best friends. I think they are pretty spectacular young women.

Stage Door has a camp at Dorothy Hart. It's $120, but I am reserving judgment until after her ballet recital. I need to see how she is on stage in front of a big audience. We are hoping she gets "asked" to be in The Nutcracker this season. Her class is too young to audition, but they do ask some of the younger ones to participate to be 'extras'.I can SO see her in drama! She reminds me of Kristin at that age.![]()
Thanks. You will... you are an amazing Mom.![]()
We ordered one of the set teas and then added a few a la carte items. The cheese plate was wonderful and my SIL and someone else ordered Mimosas this past October too.
The first time the girls and I went we did not dress up. We felt a little "under-dressed" so we upped it a bit in October. We could have been less dressed up than we were, though. People tend to wear most everything from hats and dresses (not my style!) to park clothes. We opted to make it a somewhat celebratory occasion. I am sure you would be comfortable in whatever you chose to wear, though.
Stephanie and I wore capris and matching t-shirts. We chose a package deal. The price was perfect and the choices were great. You can see the menu in All Ears.net
