Free to Good Home: One cute but mischievous 4 year old girl. Has a loving heart and lives for missions of destructions. Likes to snuggle and cuddle. Likes to ignore directions and requests. Can melt your heart and drive you crazy all at the same time. Comes to you with a full closet of clothes, a filled toy box and overflowing bookcase. Her tired parents will even continue to pay for her care. Any takers :rolleyes1

Me, me!!!

Hello

Look what we got today :teeth:

Big truck... and what you all call campers we call travel trailers. A camper is one of those pop-up things! Lots of room in there for all of you, so have fun!!

Jennifer - you look amazing for having 2 little babies perculating in there. No one would ever know you were pregnant if it weren't for your belly. You certainly are doing well on the weight gain, or not, as the case may be!

And Amy - I had to go back and edit this because that I forgot that you were prego too! You don't look it at all!

How fun for you to be going through this together.

I was sitting here thinking the very same thing! :goodvibes

The appraiser was here at 9:30 AM. She was here for about 30 minutes. I have no idea how it will turn out as she was NOT personable. It was kind of like talking to the wall. :confused3 At least it is over for now. I'm sure it will come through for way more than we are refinancing so I'm not real worried about that. We could use some :wizard: That the rates drop for at least a day so that we can take advantage as we haven't locked in yet and the rates are up to 6% again.

After the appraisal Colby and I ran a couple of errands then met Chris to sign the bizillion papers for the truck. I hate the thought of another monthly payment, but the truck size, the fact that we are driving to WDW and the 0% finance rate were just too good to pass up.

After the purchase I came home and started spring cleaning the camper. I like to wipe everything down and use Liquid Gold on the wood paneling as it smells new and looks shiny even when it is several years old :thumbsup2 I didn't finish as Chris came home so we loaded the kids and went for a ride. We showed my parents the truck then came home and made dinner.

Another busy day, but at least I got a break from home improvements ;)

I LOVED this... not enough to take in a boarder, but it certainly brought a big :teeth: to my face.

Sure. Give her here! I'll get her sorted out in a jiffy! :)

But in exchange you have to take an eye-rolling, often snarky, rather ungrateful 12 year old boy. He comes with plenty of accessories, too!

Done deal.

Nope. I already have one of these in a 5, soon to be 6, year old model. :rotfl:

Well I have the 8 year old model and she is no where near this exhausting or frustrating.

I actually think this age is worse! :scared:

:faint:

Way to cheer Robyn up, Elizabeth. ;)

:rotfl:

Tammi - Well, my experience with girls that age is limited to Sister. I am sure Robyn doesn't allow the sort of antics that Sister got away with (and neither do you), so probably my assessment isn't entirely accurate. On the other hand, there are a lot of nannies who specialize in birth - age 5 for a reason. :rolleyes1

It's been a rough few weeks but it just really came to a head today. Molly is thrilled to play dress up. Sounds fine, right? But she insists on changing clothes about 1000 times a day. I can handle the dress up phase, it's the fact that she pulls out every single article of clothing- the dress up stuff, her clothes and Emma's. Not one article of clothing ever makes it back to where it should with out a ton of prodding and help. Of course it all happens at rest time when she is in her room. It literally takes us an hour to sort through everything and put it back. 5x week is just pushing me over the edge. And the past few days she has been getting into Emma's stuff and just tossing it here there and everywhere. When rest time is over and I go get her I am amazed that she can even find her way to the door. You can't see the floor. The worse problem- she is quiet as a mouse, or I must be deaf.

Eric spent an hour or so putting 2 sets of child locks on both her dresser and Emma's. They are not Mo proof, however. She managed to changed her pj's. She did put the other pj's away and lock the locks again.

20 years from now I will look back and I am sure just laugh but I am exhausted. She is the Tasmanian Devil.

Vicki - glad your trip was lovely. Let's hope Mother Nature is done with her blustery weather!

Elizabeth - sounds like a ganglion cyst to me.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

 :faint: Bill is a better man than me! :rotfl:

:rotfl2:

Carpel Tunnel? Too much Dising?

Blasphemy!

I'm safe and sound in Lansing once again! The trip was beautiful. The sun was shining the whole way.

Sounds glorious!

Me, me!!!

Good, she can split her time between Texas and New York!

:wizard: for the appraisal. Sounds like a nice albeit busy day.

Drats!

Glad everyone (but Robyn ;) ) seems to be doing well tonight. I hope you all sleep well. Good night, friends!

The worse problem- she is quiet as a mouse, or I must be deaf.
:rotfl:

What if you impose the "you can't take something else out unless you put something away" rule?

I made the mistake of having all of Alyssa's dress-up costumes on hangers in her closet, which she cannot reach to put things away. But she can get them down! I was devastated when I went in her room one day while she and Bethany were playing. Now they only get to be in ONE costume. Then when they are done the dresses are to be laid neatly on the bed, not strewn across the floor, awaiting for me to put them back on hangers.

Good luck.

Deb - :wizard: for the appraisal.

Vicki - I'm glad you had nice weather for your drive and that your trip was uneventful.

I think I'm heading to bed. Good night everyone.

Deb and Chris, congrats on the truck and hooray the appraisal is over!

Bernadette, I love the outfits!! BK would flip for the Molly one. She has Emily and Samantha and adores them both. We have an AG Bistro here now and it's not good for my pocket book!

Robyn, I hope you have a peaceful night!

Vicki, glad you made it safe and sound.

Oh, and did I mention...

:dance3: WE LEAVE IN LESS THAN 4 DAYS!!!!!:dance3:

It would work fine if I could enforce it. But she likes to play in her room (Bitty baby and their books) and the playroom (all their big toys are here) in the basement. She gets tired of the boys rather quickly these days. The boys are on the main level all day. And I can't leave the boys unattended for more than it takes for me to hit the potty. I wouldn't have walls left! The stuff in the basement is only for Emma and Molly and not the general population, we've had too many broken toys so their good toys go down there. We fought the battle of her bringing all the playroom toys up and strewing them all over and that has gotten better. She knows that they stay in the playroom now. I guess one step forward, two steps back, huh?

I've got all our shirts made (3 sets) and all the shirts picked out for the 9 days. The kids are wearing matching shirts almost every day, and John and I are coordinating in the same color. I just didn't look good in the big Hanes shirts from Michaels and didn't have time to shop for better fitting ones. I think it'll look good. All of the extra stuff (camera, wipes, etc) is still packed from Feb, so I mainly have shorts, undies, costumes, make-up left to pack. Please let us go this time!

Fri: drive
Sat: blue monorail shirts for MK
Sun: yellow and black Sunshine Mickey (bra Mickey) for MGM
Mon: orange MNSSHP shirts for AK
Tues: black POC and white Hannah Montana for the kids/black and white for me and John for MK
Wed: Disney logo or Bama for MGM
Thurs: new red Epcot shirts for.... Epcot!
Fri: Disney logo or Bama for DTD and then the P&PP
Sat: swim at SAB and then grey Mickey shirts/Purple HM for the Disney games concert
Sun: home
