Does anyone remember when they usually announce the speakers for the Candlelight Processional?

Becky sounds like you needed to take a day off. Enjoy, relax, hope it helps re energize you!

Hi,

Hope all of you are doing well.

I decided to stay home. Not necessarily because I do not feel well, but more so because I did not want to drive again today 2 hours or more. I did take a nap though.

I'm thinking June :confused3 It might have been sooner though. I just remember sil was able to book this when she made ADR's last year in June.

Since most of you can not do the last weekend in June for a Philly meet. Is there anyone who can do June 27- 29, 2008? Do we want to try and do a different weekend in Philly for the summer?

I am not even sure if I will be there no matter when. But I know several people said they can not be in Philly that weekend. Thoughts anyone???:confused3 :confused3

I received my Mickey's Mom club kit today! Along with some brochures it also came with 2 trading pins(Tinkerbell YOAMD's), mousepad, magnet for car, stickers, & the DVD planning video. I already have the video & the pins, but what a special treat to get in the mail today :dance3:

Guess I can spread the magic at Disney & give the pins away pixiedust:

ETA: forgot to add the nice photo included of Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Donald, & Goofy!

that's some very cool stuff, Janet. Have fun giving those pins away. Someone will love to get them, I am sure!

Tammi - Sorry - no clue on the CP narrators. :confused3

Becky - I am not going to be able to do any meets this summer, except the one at WDW in August. The airfare to go back and forth to Kansas City at least 3 times has severely impaired my ability to go anywhere else. Now, if you guys want to come to Dallas (or Kansas City) I can make that work! :rotfl2:

 and :wizard: all around. I've read, but am running out of time to post.

Today after work I am leaving to go to Pittsburgh. I have to probate my uncle's will, so I need to physically be there to do that. I'm flying up today and back on Wed. No way was I going to drive. Now I'm realizing that I have 2 parties in less than 2 weeks, and one weekend to get everything done. Unfortunately that weekend is booked with activities. Yesterday I wasn't feeling so well so I spent the entire day lying around.

If I'm not around much, know that I am thinking of you all and sending good thoughts your way!

travel safely, Tammi. If you need any help when you get home, let me know.

I think it was later. I was able to make my reservations earlier but we didn't know until late summer on who was going to be at which one if I remember correctly. It was one of the complaints that was running around the boards. People didn't know when to make their CP ADR's because they wanted the schedule first.

Can't find that info, but according to Deb's site you could start booking the CP packages on July 2, 2007.

Hopefully you will find a place where you enjoy working as much as you have liked being at TDS, Anne Marie.
Yes, but then I will have to move to Florida!:lmao:

My girls and April do not mix when it comes to haircuts!

Molly decided this morning that she needed a haircut, so she gave herself one.

It's certainly not even but it's the best I can do! It took us so long to grow those bangs out. :headache:
Oh no!! So many kids do that!

How cool! I haven't gotten my mail yet today.

Tammi -- according to another site the narrators weren't announced until July 5, 2007. Three days AFTER the packages went on sale.

Well I sure didn't help! Some memory I have :rotfl:

Anne Marie- An article and video about the Toy Story Show on the Wonder. It looks pretty cool.:cool1:   I am so excited for you and your family.

You'll have to let us know what you think of it.

Thank you, thank you for posting that Becky!
I am looking forward to seeing it! I think I am starting to get excited now.

Dana called Daniel's school today to let them know he was missing 3 days. The teacher told him, "I know, Daniel's been telling the whole class since September.":lmao: She said she has no problems since he is doing so well. Whew! Now I just have to tackle the girls school.

That's why we don't tell DS when we plan trips during the school year!:rotfl2: The truancy zealots would have me shackled and jailed if word got out that we were going on VACATION! :scared:

Hello, DDA! First day of spring break found me at the walk-in with a UTI. Fortunately, he prescribed the painkiller along with the antibiotic, so it hasn't slowed me down too much.

We don't have any great plans for the week. There is no school, but the other activities don't stop.

Today we had lunch at Friendly's (that place is getting pricey for the quality of the food). We also went to Target and the orthodontist. Fun day, huh? :rotfl:

It looks like Laura is going to need a frenectomy. We can't get into the oral surgeon's office for a consult for a month.

I have been missing you all, though I try to pop in at least to read a couple of times a week.

Hi Beth,
hope the meds work

good to "see" you

Hi, Beth! Sorry you aren't feeling well, but I am glad it isn't too terrible!

Baskin Robbins is doing $.31 scoop night on April 30 starting at 5 PM.

DH said my Mickey Moms' Panel packet arrived today!!

DS had math homework over the weekend. That NEVER happens. So DH told him he didn't have to do it on Friday. :headache: He worked on it a little bit on Saturday but he was really distracted. I told him he could have some meds and finish it once he could focus. No, no, no he wanted to do it in tiny little chunks over the course of Saturday and Sunday. Well, he completely crashed and burned on the assignments. :sad2: Because he didn't bother to follow the directions about rounding!! It wasn't that he didn't understand, it was that he couldn't be bothered to do it properly. I told DH it is his fault for not enforcing the homework rule (all homework is done immediately after school), and it is partly my fault for letting DS talk me into letting him do it without meds. We are the adults and we shouldn't be letting DS call the shots about homework and meds. :sad2: So now he has several pages of corrections to do tonight, a language arts project that is due Wednesday that he needs to work on, and vocabulary for Social Studies. It doesn't sound like it will be a fun night.
