Thanks Elizabeth,
That's what's wrong with most diets, we go on them and what we allow ourselves isn't something that we can stay with for any length of time. We need to make changes to our diets that we can live with and stick to them permanently. Now if I can only take my own advice . . . . . .
The main problem is that I don't WANT to change how and what I eat. I am REALLY happy eating the way I do now!
Dragging around 30 extra pounds is kind of a bummer, but I want to keep eating ice cream at 10 PM and not exercise! I want to continue with my bad habits and drop the weight without trying!
for safety for you all. I hope you both feel better.

He can try again in 6 months. He DOES get to keep his current position.
The one example he gave was one about if he was a supervisor and he went to an account and saw an opportunity to sell additional product to the store would he do that, or would he tell the store that the driver would do it, or would he go to the driver and suggest that the driver approach the store. The end result is more product being sold to the store - HOW you arrive at the end result isn't really all that relevant! (But apparently it IS, and he chose the WRONG best answer.) Well, whatever. He'll try again next time.
He seems to have his head wrapped around it
So I hope they are serious about helping him fill in the gaps in his knowledge.
I think that's really exciting!
