Hi Tia! How are you? What's going on?

Doing well, thanks...right now I am trying to put together a 4 way real estate deal...it has been quite the ordeal. I am trying very hard not to get angry...but this morning I had a brief fantasy about fire-bombing the office of this other real estate agent!! Something that should be easily resolved in a matter of hours...has been going on for 8 days!! Just ridiculous...but the market is so bad...I am afraid to push the envelope.

MASSIVE TORNADOES about 2 miles North of us with major winds, damage, and fatalities. Our County isn't big and a small population. This is going to greatly impact our lives. I am praying so hard for our friends who live that direction. This is scary. It's been on the ground for almost an hour and still going strong. OMG, this is just horrible. More are developing, they are reporting tornadoes all over our area, and now some are headed our way. Please pray for Forsyth County, GA.

Lots of prayers for you all until this craziness passes fully. Take care of yourselves. that the kids are handling it okay.

Wow, that sounds like a crazy deal! Good luck with it.

We're doing well. Nothing too much going on with us. We have 8 family members coming to visit for part of the coming so I'm sure that will be plenty crazy. Hope Jonathan's teeth don't give him too much problem and that he doesn't give you too much trouble.

Hey, maybe you could help me with something...I've got a secret plan to come to Chicago for a night in August. I would fly into Midway or take the train in, stay somewhere in that area and go see the Red Sox play the White Sox. Could I do all of that using the trains or buses? I've got to keep it as cheap as possible if I want to even have a chance of making it happen. The best part is that I'd get to do it alone! A nice peaceful weekend to myself.

Gary has had so many teeth pulled lately. He only has his 4 front teeth left on the top. His next visit they will take the mold & then when the upper dentures come in they will pull those. I feel bad for him as he can't hardly eat anything. But it will be nice to see his wonderful smile, once he has teeth again

Jonathan comes home today for a week. I haven't seen him since Christmas so I am looking forward to it. He is going on Monday to have his wisdom teeth ripped out! I am NOT looking forward to that. He is not a good patient whatsoever. I may ask for extra vicodin..for me!!!!

Well, the DIS keeps giving me fits when I get ready to post so finally I can post our Horton review.

The kids all liked it a lot. I thought that it was pretty cute. I liked it better than I did the Jim Carrey Grinch. I thought Carrey was a great Horton and really liked Steve Carrell (sp?) as the Mayor. Now it's been forever and a day since I've read the book so I don't remember it well, but I did like the movie. Hope that helps some of you!

I can not believe it is 4pm already. I feel like I have accomplished nothing. Then again it isn't true as I tried to open an IRA but the person is only there on Thursdays, so I will have to go back on Thursday. I went to AC Moore and bought chocolate melts. I went to the automated scary car wash, that you ride through and had my car washed and vacuumed out. Its scary cause you can not see out for most of it, but you can hear all the noises and feel the car moving around. It is not a short one like most of the automated ones.

Then I went to a music store, pawn shop and cash converters, looking for a guitar. I came home empty handed. I still do not know what I want. I also stopped at McDonalds and got some iced coffee as I had a buy one get one coupon.

I am heading to a pot pie dinner soon and then home again. I still have to work on my taxes and then homework as my spring break week is over.

I have been struggling to post as the DIS keeps jumping ahead and then my words are incorrectly spelled.

According to Bill....

Fly into Midway....stay in a hotel near midway that offers shuttle pick up. To get to Cellular field from that area...you would take the train "L" the orange line...and then transfer to the red line. This takes you right to the ball park. Neither one of us suggests staying near the ballpark...

well, my thought it to do a slower pace...but not so sure if it is shaping up that way...

so far we are doing the Sunrise & Sunset Safaris at Animal Kingdom (which we have never done before)

and 2 tours: VIP at Universal & Seaworld.... the rest will hopefully fall into place

Do you need an extra sister and niece? Or we can be daughters and granddaughters? You name it if we can squeeze in somewhere! Sounds really nice! Are you planning much for your days in the parks or going a little easier since you have more time?

So those Budget Board girls just pushed me to the point I couldn't stand it anymore. DH and I went back through the jewelry box and went to sell our "old gold". There was a place on the news last night, and the guy was really nice when I called so we went there. He gave us $600!! That helps out with the Disney fund!

From there we went to play mini golf. We didn't go yesterday because I remembered DH was off today and thought he might like to go. DS went a couple of rounds in the batting cage, then we went to lunch. We walked around the mall but we didn't find anything, so we came home and had a nice nap. I think we're headed to Sam's now to grab a few groceries.

Tammi, I got your check today and DS was thrilled with his surprise! Thank you so much!

Just a few things before I head out for the evening. I am meeting up with some girlfriends to play cards.

Denise- Prayers for Atlanta. I hope that you all stay safe.

Kristine- It is so good to see you The new grandson is just adorable! I think 21 days would just be heavenly. Have fun planning.

Jennifer- I am glad that things are going well. The belly shots are just boring for the person whose belly it is. We would not be bored at all. I hope Kyle can get some rest.

Beth- I can relate a little to how your are feeling. In the span of a week, the 3 of the 5 elementary schools in my town have experience a death. Our school lost a 40 year father. He had 2 boys in the school, a 3rd grader and kindergartner. He and the 3rd grader performed on Friday night at our school's Variety show and died Saturday morning. He was an active parent in the school. One of the other schools lost an Assistant Principal. He was 41 and died in his sleep. My girlfriend's son who I babysat for dealt with the AP on a daily basis. I imagine it will impact Jake as he has behavioral issues and this AP did such a great job dealing with. Another school lost a former kindergarten teacher. She was 50 and just retired last year as a result of her breast cancer. The fact that they were all young has really hit me hard even though I really didn't know them. Prayers for your co-teachers family.

Elin- If I would have seen your post earlier Eric and I would have joined you all for dinner.

Janet- How nice to have met a fellow Disney lover.

A quick update on Emma's drama last night. Apparently her friend went in, Emma stayed outside, and "asked" if it was ok if they went to the park with Eric's dad. Her parents said fine- they thought they were going to the park at the top of their street, not all around town getting ice cream and pizza!!

That's all I have time for. My ride will be here in a few minutes and I haven't gotten myself ready. Have a great night.
