The pork chops are simmering on the stove as we speak. It smells incredible. I seared the chops in a hot pan, and now they are simmering in a sauce made of teriyaki sauce, water, honey mustard, and balsamic vinegar. I added garlic powder, ground mustard and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Oh my goodness, it smells so wonderful. I've also got brown rice cooking to go with it.
I think freezing potatoes is a chancy thing. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. Who knows?
That does sound good! I lurk on the WFD thread a few times a week. The woman who posts pictures of all her meals should get her own Food Network show!
Any suggestions?

Between genetics though (always having joints that are too loose, from my mother and grandmother) and dancing for so many years (ruining every part of my entire pelvis and how it aligns (or just plain doesn't), I suppose I was doomed. I didn't give it much thought for a while, but it can get really bad! They're going to order PT and x-rays at my next visit. We're hoping the x-rays don't show actual separation, tearing, etc, in which case PT should really help. I hope so! I am absolutely not a wimp, but this is ridiculous! If nothing else though, it will force me to stay off my feet. (Not that that helps, but at least it gives the illusion of helping!
I believe the alternator just went out!
