DDA Chapter 3

Lucy finally started eating cereal/fruit today. I have tried and tried to get her to eat it but all she would do was put in her mouth, shudder and then stick her tongue out with all the food just sitting there. Isn't she cute?!?

She is gorgeous!!!!

Amy,
Hope Matthew's ear infection goes away soon.

The temperature is 50 right now, by this afternoon it is suppose to drop to the 20's :scared1:
Hope you stay warm!

Well here is my creation. I'm just starting to play around with things have haven't really read any tutorials. Hopefully I will get better.
Really cool! Did you use photoshop elements?

Well, I started calling the insurance office at 8:30 AM.
:scared1: How frustrating! I've been having a problem at work with some partner we have and everytime we talk to them or they send us it is different. They are always sorry, it won't happen again but it keeps happening. The CFO seems to think it all OK. Glad it is not my $80,000 in question.

After Elin learns how we can all go on the DC segway tour!
A coworker did the DC one at night and said it was the best thing ever!

I signed up for a planning DVD yesterday in DH's name with an e-mail we don't use that often. Of course the street address is the same, but maybe we'll get a code anyway!:rotfl2:
Hope that works!:wizard:

I could use a nap. ;)
I could use a drink or at least cake or icecream or chocolate!

Thanks, Tammi. She is still working on things for the other firm that really interested her. After they interviewed her and saw her portfolio they asked her to do a caliper test (personality, etc., I believe) and a set of writings for one of their lines. She is doing all that at work today... :rotfl: She figures there is nothing at her current job to do so she might as well make use of her time!

The firm that gave her the offer contacted her again yesterday with additional incentives, so one way or another, I think she will be taking a job in Boston within a month!

:dance3: :dance3: I'm totally jealous, but congrats!!!

Debbie - I'm loving the pages you're doing!

Jennifer - Thanks for even MORE links! :teeth: I made Bob transfer the photos from our desktop to my laptop and downloaded a few kits last night. The tutorial will be great for me to try out!

Steffy- Thanks for popping in. :wizard:

Terry- :wizard: that you get better soon so we can have you posting again.

Tammi- Sounds like you all had a nice day. Love the scrapbook page!

Lindsay- Sounds like your mess is getting a little less messier. Did the internet start working yet? I mailed your package off today.

Anne Marie- Hope your crew kicks the sickies and soon. :cool1: for Katie. And :woohoo: on not having to teach the boy's religion class.

Debbie- Love your scrapbook pages! And I  the story about your DH. Hope the hungries go away.

Elin- Congrats to Kristin  Great job Mom and Dad! Sorry you had a nasty CM earlier. Really how bad can their life be if they work for Disney:confused3

Glynis- I am so glad to hear that Alan made it home safely last night. Hope your headache is gone for good. Be safe tonight.

Elizabeth- Your insurance mess makes me want to beat my head against the wall. :wizard: that it gets fixed soon. for Princess being so well behaved at swimming.

Jennifer- Hope your back spasms let up. We got a stroller cover for our double stroller at Babies r Us. It was $23 and came in handy.

Vicki and Deb- Good luck on the sewing projects! I'm sure they will be wonderful. Feel better soon.:wizard:

Jennifer- Safe travels to Tampa. for Kyle's "better" schedule.

Clare- Good to see you! :goodvibes

Paula- Good to see you around more often too :goodvibes

I know I missed some of you- sorry! Here's some :wizard: and 's

thank you for such a wonderful catch up post that I can ditto!!

Yikes, another busy day! How will I keep up!

Very nice scrapbooking pages Tammi and Debbie! You're getting the hang of it quickly. I want to get started myself, but seem to not get to it very often.

We had a nice day at The Magic House with Michael and Danae. The kids had a great time and it was perfectly uncrowded.

Well, either dinner or that pan of brownies is calling my name. Though I guess I had better go figure out how much brownie I have room for in my intake today. Catch you all later!

Hope you all stay warm, I won't tell you that I came home and turned the AC on. . . . .

Here are some of the links I use. Not really tutorials, just embellishments, etc. Have fun! I'm sorry if I've created monsters ;) but at least, as I told Chanon, it's cheaper than paper scrapping! :teeth:
Thanks! I'll have to try the tutorials but I'm busy with Disney's photopass right now.:surfweb:

I had a frustrating day....it seems 4 groups were listening to me last night....AFTER they all "planned" THEIR event for the same day and told me about it today!!:headache:

So I spent the day putting out those fires.....they ain't out yet but I did have the last "come to Jesus" talks with a co-worker. I actually like him as a person but his calendering skills stink!!:headache:I left the office a little after 5 (had to come home and make sure Cassidy got dinner before basketball band) and as I'm closing up my program realized he scheduled something for the whole church on a day when the whole church has already been scheduled. :scared1:

In the middle of it Jim comes in (he was dropping Cassidy off for piano lessons) and I tell him I'm having a VERY busy day and I'll talk to him later....he proceeds to try and pick a fight:mad: I told him very nicely to leave...had to...their were people EVERYWHERE.

and to top it off the last hour and a half I've had a high pitched low volume ringing in my ear

Bernadette, you posted some more awesome pictures in your trip report the other day! :thumbsup2

I took Matty to his 18-month WELL appointment today, only to find out he has another ear infection. Poor kid must be used to them, because he's been sleeping fine, not tugging on his ears, etc. It's a good thing he's a medicine junkie! He's like a little bird when he sees a medicine dropper. :rotfl:
Thanks!

Hope Matty is all better soon!

saw the chiropractor I fell a lot better.
the stroller is Baby Trend Sit-n-Stand Stroller

Glad you're doing better!

I think I would try a single rain cover.

Here's a couple of :grouphug:'s for you. Men- gotta love 'em:rolleyes1

My poor little Emma has the DDA bug. She's got a lot of head congestion, a low grade fever and runny/mushy poo. She's getting lots of practice using the potty without a ring.

I'm not feeling so hot myself. A bit of a head ache and my eyes feel hot. I also haven't been able to sleep. I went to bed at a reasonable hour last night (around 10pm) only to wake up around 1 and I couldn't fall asleep again.

I'm working on my photopass pictures. They have added more borders choices. Have I mentioned it is SLOW.......

thanks for letting me type that out...it was just my reminder that it's time to leave...funny thing is I loved my job today when I realized that everybody was really listening to me and I could get my job done.
