Ramen noodles! I forgot to get something out of the freezer last night. Cooking for one isn't easy.

In one week I will be on a plane to Barcelona.

I had my follow up appointment today and I am cleared to go. It also means I am cleared to go back to work. So I have 4 days of work and then on to my trip.

I probably have tons to do in those four days. Plus I still tire easily and have some pain. I am only human and can only do what I can do. If it doesn't get done it will have to wait until after the trip or someone else will have to do it. I feel really guilty about it but I know I can only do so much.

I have lots to do for the trip as well. As long as all 4 of us make it to the ship and the entire trip and we remain healthy and our luggage makes it the whole way that is all I really care about at this point.

So if you got Arts and crafts stuff for Christmas, what would you want? What would your kiddos want?

I am thinking of doing this for the girls and asking my mom and brothers to get them stuff as well.

Some of us had chicken tacos and others had mashed potato, corn and teriyaki chicken. I don't like tacos.

So Olivia just lost her 3rd tooth.

Hunter lost another molar 2 nights ago. I can't imagine that he has many baby teeth left. Nick has lost all of his.

I got a chicken breast out of the freezer, added teryaki sauce to it, and put it in the fridge to thaw. I'll be having that for dinner tomorrow night. Mashed potatoes and corn are two of my favorite foods in the world. Not sure if I'll add that for my meal tomorrow or not.

Chris got his street rod running. We took a little ride around the block. He is so so excited I'm proud of him for sticking to it. This has been his dream for years and while it is no where near the finished product, it is on the road. He needs to bring it to work soon to tune it up and do an alignment. The show is only 8 days away now.

Colby's in bed, Hunter will be soon. Nick is in his room, finally finished with homework and Chris and I are watching TV. We just watched Big Brother. Of course I'll miss tomorrow nights show since I'll be working.

Okay. He has lots of homework which he complains about, but he knew that going in as he chose advanced classes. He has made some new friends, mostly females

Hunter says that 7th grade is easier than 6th.
Colby seems to be doing well, though I haven't actually talked with his teacher yet. I'm teaching tomorrow so I'll check in tomorrow.

Becky - I'm so glad to hear that your are cleared for the trip. Not so much for work. Take it easy and stay healthy. I can't imagine how excited your, Terry and Stephanie must be. Are we going to have live reports from at least one of you?

Heidi - congrats on the princess. When is she making her grand debut?

Anne Marie - that ancestry thing sounds fun. I might have to give it a try. Any pointers?

Alyssa started back to dance last night. On Wednesdays she has ballet and tap and on Thursdays she has musical theater and jazz. Plus Nicholas has football practice on Tues and Thur. So now with school started life really shifts into high gear. Their dad has really been stepping up to the plate helping out with all the shuttling, so I'm very thankful for that. It's making my life easier and their life better.
