I hope it changes very soon. I will say that I was a little apathetic about our Christmas trip until I got there and got it "going." I hope that this is what will happen for you too, Tammi.

tired and grumpy....lol. I have yet to kick this little illness that's been hanging on for about 3 weeks....I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.

The girls went back to school today so it's very quiet in here.

Sometimes quiet is a good thing.

Could it be the January blahs? I always get a little depressed this time of year. Sometimes I think I have a touch of SAD. Seasonal affected depression. I need sunlight.

I think once in awhile we just have an "off" trip. I never was happy with the way the planning for December felt. But so far I am THRILLED with my plans for June!! So, take heart, Tammi! You can always book a do-over!

Thanks everyone. I'm sure the excitement will surface. I think it has to do with this frigid cold weather that we are having, and the fact that it is only supposed to be in the low 50s in Florida. I'm sure I would be much more excited if it was going to be in the 70s! I'm still working, too, which probably has something to do with it as well. After I get out of here, meet up with my mom and kids and head to the hotel, hopefully the excitement find me!

I'm SERIOUSLY considering a SWW trip with just me and Nicholas, 2 nights, 3 days. However, SWWs are right during our SOL weeks. The only way I could do it is to wait and see what his testing schedule is. If he doesn't have anything on a Friday, it would work.

I'm also regretting only making this trip a 4-nighter, having to change rooms in the middle of it, and doing the Sunrise Safari in 40 deg temps! I know.....WAH WAH, poor me. Someone slap me.

I've been diagnosed with bronchitis-I have my Z-pack and cough medicine with codeine and should be feeling better soon! I also had a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia but haven't heard any results on that. He also did an EKG because I mentioned I was having chest pains and my Dad died of a heart attack at age 42-that was fine. I think I might have been able to kick this on my own as I am feeling a bit better BUT I couldn't take that risk with Emma's birthday trip so close.

This child is gonna hate me when he's older.

I'm getting him ready for Toy Story Midway Mania in Disney...

Yes this, I am trying to convince John to go then for our 25th anniversary (May 3rd).

I definitely had that feeling in December and I actually had a good time once I was there. I'm feeling it a bit for January but am looking forward to AKL CL! And I know Emma will LOVE AKL so I know we'll have a very magical trip. I'm sure you will have a great birthday trip too!!!!

What is SWW? I'm sure you'd have a great time with Nicholas not matter what it is! Hope you can work it out! OK...now I get it-Star Wars Weekend! I don't know if I could do a 2 night trip-I've done 3 night trips twice but I don't think I could do 2. If he doesn't have anything on Friday couldn't you go Thu/Fri/Sat night? Even if you got there late Thu at least you be there first thing Friday morning and all settled in.

We fly in June 4 - going to Epcot that PM. June 5 is Gay Day at MK, so we'll be there all day. June 6 we'll probably go to SWW depending on who is appearing. June 11, 12, and 13 should all be SWW days, so we'll pick and choose which days they want to go stand in line. Please feel free to join us! I hope there are some celebs worth seeing. I noticed there were some folks on the '09 schedule that we definitely would NOT be interested in.

I think it is reasonable to be disappointed. That was one of the things that made me so ANGRY about DH lecturing me about our trip. It POURED rain, and I was disappointed. Not talking about it didn't make me less disappointed. I do hope you have a fabulous trip!!

I am obsessing about my choice for our stay in April. Right now I have Contemporary garden wing booked with a AAA discount. Seems like this time period (Easter week) is blacked out on discounts so I was happy with the AAA discount, however now I am rethinking....The family suites do not have a AAA discount but POR does. If I switch to POR I would save $800.





Since I know it's going to be crazy crowded, CR would be very convenient for popping back to the resort when the crowds got too much for us. The CR is also having church services in their ballroom which would also be super convenient. I am not a big fan of POR either so I am really hesitant to switch...not sure what to do. I was hoping for an AP discount but I do not see anything coming down the line as of yet.

Well I called Disney & I had a PIN code attached to my name..Dates are no good though....Easter blacked out & up through June 15. If they had one for the summer I would have booked today but no luck....

I wish they had another choice for the mods (for a family of 5). I would love to try POFQ.

Disney Store is coming to Times Square in Fall 2010. I wish it was going to be a World of Disney store but it does not appear to be that way from the article.

Also this Disney Ice Festival in China is pretty cool.

Also Disney Cruise Kids clubs removed the age ranges. So kids can pick and chose any program or activity.

Tammi have a wonderful trip.
