Good Morning.

It's another cold day here. I'm hoping to get some things done at home today. We also need to winterize the camper and get whatever outside stuff done. I'm planning to tweak or at least update my resume if I can remember where I saved it. I really haven't needed it in years, but I'm thinking I may start applying for part time jobs with benefits. The boys are older and to be honest I have no idea how long the pool will serve with the incompatent management.

Anne Marie - YAY for another trip! Double YAY for it costing $0, other than food. I think your lunch time is perfect. We've always done the middle show, but with the 'restructuring' of the package, I prob. would do the lunch now too.

Elin - myBob and I ate at Bonefish last night and thought of you and yourBob. We all need to get together soon.

Thanks ladies. We are taking an impromtu trip 12/17-12/22. We are staying off property . Dana got a great marriott deal with his rewards points & free nights on top of the reward points so it costs $0 to stay for 5 nights so we jumped on it.

I booked the Candelight Processional last night for 12/20. The narrater is Whoopi Goldberg. Our other choice was on the 21st which was Brian Dennehy. That would be fine but I thought my kids would get a kick out seeing Whoopi, they don't know who Brian D is. We have never done this before. I got a 2:20pm lunch at Chefs de France for a 5pm CP. Does that sound good to those of you who have done the CP before?

Elin, Hopefully we can meet up to say Hi somewhere along the line.

I am also doing the CP on 12/20! But we are eating at 5:00 and seeing the 8:15 show. I have seen Brian Dennehy narrate CP before and he is very good. His voice is perfect. I am very interested to see how Whoopi does... could be interesting!

As of right now, we have no set plans for 12/21 if you want to try to get together that day!

Hmph. The DVC Merry Mixers are on THURSDAYS this year. Crap. We could have EASILY incorporated it into our Friday plans. We don't get in until almost 9 PM on Thursday so we will miss it. Grr.

I see that Pop Warner has posted on their website that POR is the mod resort for this year. We could have kept our CSR ressie! Of course now the only room available at CSR is a 1 bedroom King suite for $655 per night. Um, no. Not sure I trust the info about Pop Warner anyway, so I guess I am glad we have the room at AKL.

My trip report has been closed and moved to the other board. NOT finished with it! I PM'd the mod, hopefully she will move it back.

My Race for the Cure pics are up on FaceBook. So far I am too lazy to load them to PhotoBucket.

Ok I am still tweaking my dining plans....I didn't realize there were different prices for the Candlelight Processional. So I was researching details today & saw that I could book a dinner at Biergarten for less than a lunch at Chefs. So I switched our CP to dinner at Biergarten (which i can take or leave but my family loves it) & seeing the 6:45pm show. The CM said you now get a priority spot for Illuminations with this so thats cool.
